The two young men who came to work on my plugged drain were very professional & knowledgeable about their work. Cleaned up the work space very nicely when done. Unfortunately didn’t get the drain unclogged due to bigger issue of galvanized pipe breaking down, but I have going to have them replace the pipe as soon as they can reschedule.

To start, Westin (the technician that came to my house) knocked on my door with a $20 bill that he found in my yard. So that definitely started things off on a good note. After some time he gave me a probable diagnosis. My roommate said, slightly rudely, that she disagreed with him. He was not intimidated or offended at all and handled it all so professionally and knowledgeably, and he politely explained again his reasoning. And she realized he was correct and she was wrong, and she did apologize profusely. But my point here is that Westin was amazing in every way, and we will never use another company again. Paschal will get all of my business in the future

Caleb did a great job unclogging the drain. The kitchen sink hasn’t drained this fast in years. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I will request him in the future.

The team they sent to install my new heating and ac units where very good at there jobs. They arrived on time and within a few hour it was all complete. They took all the old stuff with them and left everything neet and orderly. I'm so proud of my new units. Thanks Paschal Air.

Very thankful! Several closer HVAC companies claimed they didn’t service my area. I called Paschal, which is an hour away, and they were out the next morning (and after a heavy rainstorm!) to diagnose the issue with our A/C unit. While it isn’t the cheap fix we had hoped for, our technician explained what was wrong and what options we had going forward. Highly recommend!

Paschal technicians Oscar and Wilber were excellent. They were polite, knowledgeable, and did a superb plumbing repair! I will definitely request them if I need additional plumbing repairs!

Our house had a water leak that had got up underneath the wall. I called these people and they came out right away and the work was done immediately. They were very professional and they found the problem and they fixed it right away. I will be recommending this company and we will be using them again in the future
