The professionals at P&D are incredible! When my AC went out in the middle of the hottest part of the summer, the owner himself came out to check it out and even let us borrow a window unit to get us by until they could install a new system a week later. They care about their consumers and stand by the quality of their products. Even a year later, no issues, I'm so glad I chose P&D!

We purchased a new AC and heating unit from P&D. David carefully listened to us and was prompt with getting the quotes put together. Once we decided which option was best, we were quickly added to the schedule and the new unit was installed. Everyone was very nice, respectful and professional. If you are looking for a company with honesty, respect, and knowledge, you've found it! Over the past few years we've had our AC replaced, furnace replaced, and service calls. Every single time P&D was on time or even earlier than expected. The customer service is impeccable from answering the phone to the technicians in your home.

We recently called P&D HVAC for a system check up. Getting scheduled was quick and easy and we were given a time & date for the work to be done. The team that came to our home was prompt and courteous. They let me know what they would need access to in order to do the check up and they were thorough and organized. P&D HVAC came out to my home for annual HVAC system maintenance. They showed up on time and were very professional. Everything in their thorough evaluation was good and they even checked to make sure the registers had up to date filters (I change them every 3 months). I appreciate their knowledge of UV light installed in ductwork which needed a bulb change (I had the bulb ready.) Thank you P&D!

We were so thankful for P&D! In June, We came home from a camping trip in New Mexico and found Northwest Arkansas hotter than the Grand Canyon that day! As luck would have it, our air conditioning wasn't working.

We called P&D who, to no surprise, were very, very busy. It seemed like no one's air conditioning wanted to go from 0 to 60! They were booked well into the night and there was no way they could get to us that day, but David tried to help my husband figure out what was wrong on the phone.

My husband is normally excellent at figuring things out, but nothing seemed to be where it was supposed to be. It turns out, that the unit was installed incorrectly. It was a mess!

They came out as quickly as they could and figured out the puzzle! They were very polite and respectful, and even helped keep our cats from getting outside!

We have used P&D HVAC services for nearly 30 years. Our most recent service involved replacing our ineffective system that lasted 16 years; outlasting the usual life expectancy due to P#Ds quality service. Upon last semi-annual maintenance the tech discovered issues that reduced the effectiveness and increased the monthly operating cost. We purchased a new Heil system and are very satisfied. P&D HVAC have exceeded our expectations; we highly recommend this company.

David and Tommy were quick, efficient, and kind to fix our heating system today. It is the coldest week of the year with ice on the ground and snow coming, and they were so quick to fix it because of the circumstances. Thankful for how good they treated my family as well.
