Done Rite Services

We called Done Rite for some plumbing work in the bathroom; Dan from Done Rite arrived and fixed the problem toilet literally as we spoke, then after replacing a broken sink valve, was on his way. Sure, the work was fast and reasonably priced, but more importantly, it was done right.

I had an excellent experience so far with Done Rite. I called them because my mom had her HVAC system replaced a few months ago and had a great experience, so when I needed an estimate on our air conditioner, I figured I would call them too. From the initial phone call with Gina, I was impressed. She was friendly, helpful and patient and worked with me to find a good time to send out a technician.

When Jordan arrived (right on time), he was also very friendly, patient and highly informative. He gave me the information I needed to help make a decision without trying to 'sell' me anything. I have no doubt that when I decide to have the unit replaced, Done Rite will do it right. I definitely recommend giving them a call if you need any help with your HVAC here in the Tucson area.

My AC was running but not blowing cold air. I called Done Rite and they sent a technician, Carlos, to my house that afternoon. Carlos resolved the problem and even taught me what to look for and what to do if it happened again. I've had solid, friendly and knowledgeable technicians from Done Rite Services. They are now my go to people! I strongly recommend them!
