An employee from this company hit our car while we were in a parking lot. Not only was the employee rude and refused to share his insurance information, he had a co worker who was to far away to observe the incident lie to the police and the insurance company about who was at fault. The police had to be called and only then would he share insurance info. The whole thing took place in a McDonalds parking lot. The issue is not the cost of the repair, it is the lying and rudeness that was shown to us. Is this how this employee treats the public?
With a good friend's referral and some due diligence on the Internet, I thought this was the company to come out and look at my AC. Called on a Sunday not expecting to reach someone and I didn't leave a message; however, when I was called back asking if needed help, I was delighted when I was told that someone would call me back and schedule me in. I did get a call back by Amy and after confirming that I was a new customer, she promptly told me they were too busy and would not be able to help me anytime soon. Are you kidding me? Not only will Air Conditioning Associates Inc. NEVER get my business in the future; I will go out of my way to tell anyone looking for a reputable AC company in Tucson to stay away from this company.
I'm a DIY kind of guy, but I don't own every tool. ACA came and fixed my A/C in about an hour. Their knowledgeable technician found and fixed the problem, then thoroughly checked the rest of the system. I'm a delighted customer, and highly recommend their service(s).
I would highly recommend ACA to anyone looking for a company with outstanding and reliable knowledge of their trade. They are professional and stand by their work. I've been a customer for almost 10 years and am a 100% a satisfied! Thank you for jobs well done.
