    The people at Able are great. They go the extra mile to supply super service and keep customers happy. A few have proved short on training, and once or twice it has looked like they were installing new equipment they were not yet familiar with. I notice the business needs a website, and the website should tell us what lines of product they carry so we can check possibilities out beforehand and get us all a better deal.

    When we bought our home 9 years ago, the previous owner had used Able Refrigeration. We decided to give them a try as well. After 9 years, I wouldn't recommend anyone else. They've always given fair and excellent service and never steered me wrong.

    SO SURPRISED THIS HAPPENED TO ME, also very late to this apt, a few weeks ago ABLE REFRIGERATION charged my credit card 800.00 for a part that was needed, for it to be installed a few days later, I changed my mind on the part the very same day, and asked that my credit card could be refunded the 800, so I could go somewhere else, my air condition was down, it was a 107 outside, I was told to turn on some fans until they could get to me next week for the part install. I could see this company was not able to help me immediately, it was already 85 in my house, I was not even offered a portable air-conditioner, so I decided to go to another company.
    To this day, this company has never refunded my money back on my credit card, I have called and spoke to office staff, my credit card company has also corresponded with this merchant, they refuse to refund my money back, no response at all from this merchant, This is very sad, its fraud, and its steeling. If your looking for honesty here, better think twice. I did find another place, and I was given two portable air conditioners until I could figure things out.

    Tech was very pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. Purchased a service agreement, no heavy sales tactics. Only issue, tech was about 45 minutes-hour late, with no phone call. Office phone was out due to accident near there office.

    the heat pump/ac we went with was expensive, but I think we got we paid for! Service was great and the guys who installed went out of their way, staying late to make sure everything was okay. Our only issue was figuring out the new system on the wall--programming didn't work for a couple days but we have it worked out now.

    Customer service was exceptional. Ron was a service technician.The AC unit sucked up the balloon and Abel heating and cooling was able to help. I recommend their services. supporting local business I are extremely recommend Abel heating and cooling.

    I have always been pleased with Able Refrigeration, 18 years! The electric company crossed my wires and shorted out my house. Able came out and inspected my house, every outlet! They submitted full findings to the electric company, purchased all the shorted electrical components from a power strip to an entire a/c unit installation! Thank you Able Refrigeration !!!

    We replaced our old A/C unit through Able Refrigeration. During the summer months we concluded there seemed to be a problem. We called Able Refrigeration who sent out a crew to investigate. We were impressed with their determination to find the problem and correct it and also impressed with their honesty and integrity. We will continue to use them in the future.

    They were great! Showed up very quickly on a short notice on my part and were done just as fast! The gentlemen Reggie and Ron where very polite and explained everything. I would definitely recommend Able Refrigeration.

    I called for heater inspection and to look for dead animal in vents.
    Inspector was extremely rude.
    Worker did some needed work. He didnt know he was supposed to look for dead animal. He used the flashlight on his phone to look in the one spot he was working.
    I was told the smell was a sewer leak.
    I had a plumber come inspect. He found no leaks. He said the smell is gas from the heater. It was a very cold morning, he said it was warm under my home because most my heat is going there.
    I called for $120 refund I paid for a dead animal search, which was not done properly. And to complain about the rude behavior of their inspector, and the fact that my heating problem was not fixed.

    I have not received a call back!

    UPDATE

    I received a call and email today. They are refunding the $120 plus $100 for my bad experience. I appreciate the attempt to resolve my complaint.
