I am so pleased with this company. I had an appointment with another AC company who failed to show or call. My husband is disabled and doesn’t tolerate the heat well. I contacted this company and he worked me in on the same day! Eddie was polite and respectful. He got right to work and had us up and running in no time. The other company had done some work before and told me that it would be big ticket work when he came back. Eddie had it repaired, running, and told me we should be fine until time for annual service. Then he charged me the lowest service fee I have paid in some time. I am glad the other company failed to show and that I found Independent Heating and Air. It was a blessing for us.

The return on our AC was rattling. Jerry came out quickly and took it apart, showed us the problem. He started with the basics, not jumping to you need to replace everything. He cleaned it out and got it running smoothly. The price was very reasonable. We highly recommend him!

This company was quick to respond to my AC needs, when I called they where able to come to my home on the same day. The technician was polite, honest, and helpful in fixing the problem quickly and the repair was very affordable. He also made sure that my entire AC unit was completely running and explained everything in depth. I was extremely thankful for finding a company with honest people to help me. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

The staff that showed up was on time and very professional. Two complete AC systems were installed in one day. The price was very good and could not be beat by any other shop in the valley. The staff that performed the work, did so in a very clean fashion, there was zero mess anywhere in the house.

We had our AC go out in the middle of thè night last night. Contacted our property management company and when Jerry let us know he had received our distress call.. he arrived within 2 hrs. Explained the issue and within 5 mins, he had the part replaced and we were up and running. For it being a Sunday, the wife and I were blown away... (no pun intended)

Our A/C went out last year so we called Independent Air and Jerry came out to assess the problem. It turned out to be a capacitor and Jerry replaced it and we were back up and running in no time. We asked for an estimate of a new unit as ours was new in 1999 and we didn’t want to go thru another summer with it. We called Jerry on Wednesday and today we have our brand new (and oh so quiet) unit installed in a little over an hour. What a great company and I would recommend Independent Air to anyone needing service or replacement. They are awesome!

Tasha was very pleasant to deal with and had us scheduled for a service call right away. Jerry arrived within a couple of hours and fixed our issue promptly. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely call them again and refer them to others.

Jerry showed up on time and checked out the thermostat and A/C. He checked and cleaned the unit and part of the ductwork. He found condensation around the cooks and made sure out wasn't oil. He talked and told us what was going on... And did NOT try to sell us a new unit. He said ours was old but fine. I am recommending Independent Air to everyone!

I've used this company several times for my AC and have nothing but great service from them. Jerry explains everything so you can understand it. Highly recommend calling if you are having AC/heating issues. I will continue to use him.
