We had a leak in our kitchen faucet. Moses quickly diagnosed the problem and advised us to contact Moen to get free repair parts. We did, and when we received the parts he quickly came out and did the repair.

This company is a poorly run, family-owned business that lacks professionalism and integrity. I would not recommend this company strictly because they do not manage appointments well and don't provide the services requested, then try to charge additional service charges because they can't effectively manage their appointments.

I made an appointment and specified exactly what I needed to have done - unclog a few drains and replace a tub spout. The woman who scheduled the appointment asked me what kind of tub spout I had, which is oil rubbed bronze. They knew in advance EXACTLY what parts were needed, yet didn't have them for the appointment. Cool. No big deal, right? WRONG. I was charged $85 for a service call to unclog the drains and told that I could replace the spout on my own. Greg left me without a spout for a day (until at my request, he came back to put on a chrome spout while they special ordered the right one). Two weeks later, he came back to install the correct spout and charged me $55 for the spout PLUS another $85 for the service call.

Bottom line - don't use this company unless you enjoy throwing away money. They're totally unreasonable and will not be getting any business from me in the future, which according to the lovely woman who answers their phones, is "ok because we wouldn't come out there again if you paid us to, little girl. I've been running this business for 30 years and don't need you to tell me how to do it." (Direct quote from the company).

They're neither honest, nor reliable...but don't believe me. Check out the reviews from Tonia and Greg Singletary- the plumber and his own wife. It's almost laughable that they'd review their own business. Come on guys. At least get your friends to do it.

I have used Faucet Doctor on several occasions now. Each time very professional and really great work. There is never a good time for a water leak but this company and Greg make it go away quickly. I will always use faucet doctor. Thanks for being the best.
