My unit quit at 2 am June 11th. I called Grandcanyon at around 9am Kyle showed up at 11:30. He did an awesome job, I was leaning towards my compressor being bad but thankfully it was just the start cap. Its 12:45 and my units cooling. This was on a Saturday also. Do yourself a big favor and call these guys first. Thanks KYLE! Communication was good also.

From start to finish, it was a pleasure to work with Grand Canyon Home Service. Crystal was an absolute gem. She really emphasized that personal, local company feel which is rare among AC companies. Making an appointment was quick and easy and the price was unbeatable. Todd came by to complete the inspection our property managers required and he was clean, quick, and precise. He answered all of our questions and outlined the details of his work. At completion, we were emailed our invoice which was extremely convenient for us to forward to the property managers as well as save neatly for our records. I thought that I had a good relationship with this business since I’ve spent approximately $9000 with them recently. I recently had a repair done that took approximately 20 to 25 minutes to complete. I spoke with the owner, Nick and Nick tried to convince me that because of flat rate pricing that the equivalent of approximately $800 an hour labor was reasonable. I had a capacitor replaced. This was an insult to my intelligence. Harry Truman said “Fool me once,shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me”. Need I say more?
