WOW! Andres and his colleague helped me troubleshoot and install a board on an HVAC system in my house, and they were thorough in their inspection. These guys really care about their customers, and were honest in their assessment. Had them come out because another local firm quoted me $2500 for something that I ended up repairing for less than $500. I'll be using them again and again...

They came on time, answered all questions, and got the repair done in a quick an timely manner. Very professional and communicated throughout the repair process - also offered other services which I will definitely be saving for the future.

I contacted multiple business to compare rates and Techcool was one of the more affordable one. I needed help changing my faucet, the bolt was stuck and neither my husband and I could move it.

Techcool responded to me within a few hours and made an appointment with me for the next day. They had to use special tools to remove the old sink. It was a “difficult removal” but they honored the original price I agreed on with the owner.

German was very helpful and even checked for leaks before he left. He also made sure the handle wouldn’t touch our walls. Good attention to detail. I recommend them :)

First and foremost. Thank you for getting back to me. I contacted five companies, and they all responded within 20 minutes and were reasonably priced for the work we needed done on our kitchen sink. My pipes were corded, including the p-trap, and needed to be replaced. He came in and examined the damage before offering me alternatives, costs, and suggestions.

They were all extremely pleasant and accommodating. They maintained their work space tidy and swept up any rubbish when they finished. When they're with me, they wear masks. Their pricing for the initial project, as well as the sewer lateral, were both very fair. I would hire them again for any future projects or work, as well as in an emergency.
