Champion Air - Scottsdale

We were expecting a maintenance service, but Patrick found that our 2006 unit was beyond that. In a highly professional manner, Patrick explained, with photos, the condition of our unit. It was obvious that we need a new AC. Patrick expeditiously took care of all the needed preliminaries, and arranged for installation of our new Lennox AC to be installed tomorrow! He also worked hard to give us the very best financial terms. Based on our experience today, we feel blessed to have had Patrick as our new technician, and have full confidence that we will be pleased with our new air conditioner. Patrick is clearly a HUGE asset for Champion Air, and we look forward to years of great service and fair prices. Too bad, we couldn't give Patrick 10 stars!!

Been using Champion Air the past 6 years because of great service! For my most recent experience, they were very responsive to schedule next day service to fix my A/C. What a relief! I was impressed with Zach who was pleasant and knowledgeable. I will ask for Zach for my next service visit.

David is an excellent technician who knows his business. He is professional, polite and knowledgeable. He is almost always on time and if running behind, he calls to let you know when he will be at your home. I would highly recommend Champion Air for any service you may need to your HVAC.

Patrick Horohoe was the service tech who arrived after calling us on the phone to alert us of the expected arrival time. He exlained everything he was doing as he did the tune up on one of our AC units. I felt like he was very thorough and was happy with his service.

Zac came over to troubleshoot cooling issues with HVAC and resolved it for us. The company is one of the best in the value in terms of skill level, being very responsive and nominal charges.

I just had a tune-up done for two AC units, and Scott did a great job. He was very thorough, took his time, and explained all the steps he was doing, which I really appreciate. Champion is definitely a professional company with good employees. When i need routine AC, or heater, service again, I will request Scott.

Great experience with Champion AC, saw their ad for being the #1 Lennox dealer. I’ve used several different companies before that never seemed to know much about my system, called on a Thursday and Trish was able to schedule me a time up the very next day. Zach was able to get to my appointment early that day, sent me a text to confirm if that was okay. He did a great job, filled me in on some information about my system and got his job done quickly. I think I’ve finally found my go to company for my AC. Thanks guys!

Patrick was my service technician and was extremely professional and shared all the information with me. He worked quickly and made the adjustment to get me air till a new unit could be installed.
