We found exposed wires leading to our unit. Chris and his son Jacy came out and repaired the connections and reinforced the wire to offer extra protection. They also serviced my unit and it is now running more efficiently and cooling down faster. They both have an excellent work ethic and are polite and friendly. I highly recommend their services.

Chris with San Tan Air LLC installed a mini split for our garage in the middle of this brutal heat!! He is professional, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to his services!! He even brought along his son Jacy to help on the job as well!! Jacy is also just as kind and willing to work along side and learn the ropes of the business!! I found San Tan Air LLC and within 30 minutes Chris had returned my call and offered to come over within the next minutes. As promised he showed up ready to work with his son. He was upfront about pricing, the issue with my AC and overall extremely friendly. My AC was fixed within one hour of my call to Chris and is working perfect now. Chris at San Tan Air did an excellent job on my AC unit today! Fast Response time and got my AC unit up and running efficiently! Another AC company from the home warranty came out prior to Chris and gave a completely different diagnosis that would cost me MORE money since the service they recommended is not covered under the warranty. Chris and his son are a blessing. I spent all day without air in this arizona heat being dodged and avoided by another company. I called Chris last minute after he already had a full day and they went above and beyond. After a stressful day I cannot thank him enough. Not only were they quick but got the job done perfectly.
