Klein Heating and Cooling

We had our bi-annual maintenance on our two units and we were impressed with how thorough and professional Klein Heating and cooling technician was during the visit. His explanation about our aging units were very detailed the best that we have had in the years we have used this company.

The technician from Klein Heating and cooling was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly inspected all components of our AC, cleaned and adjusted where necessary. He was very personable, polite, and explained how the system performs and what fixes might be necessary in the future.

I can't say enough how great this company is and how great they treat their customers from the initial call to the technicians that come out to your home. Not only did they not try to sell me something I didn't need they offered me see tips on how to keep my two units working better longer. Thank you Klein Heating and cooling, great work.

Very impressed with this company. Klein Heating and cooling technician spent as much time as was needed to get my ac back up and running. He didn't want me to have to purchase a new unit. He engendered loyalty and respect. Thank you Klein Heating and cooling!

Turned on the hose in the backward ended up with water in the basement. Turned off the water in the house. A very nice young man from Klein Heating and cooling was able to come in the same day (Friday). Fixed the basement issue and also took the time to look at the leak under the kitchen sink and repaired it as well without breaking the bank. We will go to them next time when plumbing is required.

Noticed a lengthy crack in our main stack which was consequently leaking. Thankfully Klein Heating and cooling was able to schedule the work the very next day. Klein Heating and cooling plumbing team were very professional and were able to fix the problem despite having to complete the work under very restricted conditions. I would highly recommend Klein Heating and cooling.

We had a recurring issue with my AC system and multiple trips with the warranty company and another service provider I called Tomer with Klein Heating and Cooling. He came and walked me through the issue with the motherboard of our system because of the intermittent issues we were having. Additionally, Tomer replaced the thermostat wire as a preventative measure because of the excessive sun damage and cracking in the plastic cover. After a short heat wave in the mid 90's it consistently ran which it never did with the other contractor's. I would highly recommend this Tomer and his company to anyone !!!!!

Everyone at Klein Heating and cooling is always super responsive from the office personnel to the service techs. Josh came out because of an issue with our thermostat. He's always very thorough and patient in explaining whatever may be going on. I highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for hvac repairs or installation.

Excellent service as always. This is the second AC we have gotten from this company. We have always had great and fast service. Klein Heating and cooling technician was very pleasant, polite, professional and helpful. He went above and beyond with his work. He answered our questions without sounding like we were a bother. I recommend this company for any AC needs.

We had an issue with our AC unit time and time again, then finally Klein Heating and cooling technician came to our house and went OVER AND ABOVE to make sure we were satisfied and that everything was installed correctly. He even fixed things that he noticed were not done right on the original install. They are AMAZING!!!
