    We have used Kingco since 2007 for all our HVAC and Evap Cooler needs.
    The service has been excellent (both customer service and the service on the units!). Everything is explained clearly and precisely.
    The service member is always on time (or early) and does the work so efficiently.
    They will continue to be our company to use for years to come-absolute A++++ rating from us!

    I have used Kingco for 10 years and I have always appreciated the professionalism of the technicians who come to my house and the people who take the call to set up the appt. They got me scheduled to fix my a/c that quit working unexpectedly the same day and the tech was great. He kept me informed of what was going on and what upfront costs would be. They honored a warranty I didn't even know I had, but because they are professionals they maintained the records from the original install and took care of me. Immense gratitude all around!

    Kingco, came and fixed all of my issues that the home warranty company drug their feet on for a month and a half last summer. They also did an excellent job installing my new units this winter, and fixed the balance system in my home, that was an issue since it was built in 2003. Nick and crew were superb.

    My wife and I purchased a home that had a system installed previously by KingCo. We could never get the bedroom to cool enough or sustain sufficient airflow. Our contractor contacted KingCo on our behalf and they came out to evaluate what needed to be done. They spent a good amount of time analyzing the system, the CFM from each vent, the zoning of the system and the duct sizing. They recommended increasing the size of a supply duct and register. They came back two days later and completed the changes. Our bedroom is now comfortable and flowing air the way it should. When I read the poor reviews it surprised me as our experience was top notch and we could t be happier. For those who had bad experiences, I empathize with you, however our experience was not the same.

    They did a great job today inspecting our old system, and doing minor repairs for a fair price. We've been customers for 8 years. Their technicians know what they are doing, and I think they are on salary and don't get bonus for selling new systems, like some of our previous companies did. They are great!

    I don’t know what’s going on normally they do much better. Called for service on our swamp coolers they installed last year. Sad all 4 that are just a year old aren’t working. I understand our heat is tough but this is not working for us. Called to get a price for new units for back of our building in May. Only took 3 phone calls and one email and 2 months. They were not the cheapest but our history with them was good. They also took care of the AC/Heat at 2 other properties we own. They have now been out to fix the 4 units we purchased 3 times in the last two weeks. Still not done. We have to call and find out what’s going on and when will they be done. 1 is working now. 3 still not working. Belt so loose the noise chases off our customers. Heat is also chasing off customers. Don’t know why the service has changed.
    Poorest service ever. I’m now looking for a new AC company to take over our accounts. All our accounts!

    Do not use Kingco, I just paid $385.00 for an A/C service-check over, no problems found had "coil cleaned" the service was $110.00 the coil cleaning was $275.00, the tech was here for only 1.5 hours. I called 3 of the top A/C companies in Phoenix and they all charge far less. Rates varied from as low as $80 for everything to a high of $120-160 for the same service. I called Kingco and the service manager said sorry nothing I can do for you. So I'm the sucker.

    I called Kingco for a yearly service check. They told me that the compressor was shot. They asked if I wanted them to install a new unit. I told them no and to just leave it. Twenty minutes later I received a call from them and they said it was fixed. I too paid 350.00 for that service and they said no guarantees that it would last. I used them for several years but that will be the end of my business.
