Amazing staff. Linda kept me informed as my home warranty company kept delaying our install. The technicians we prompt, kind and very hard working. They will be my AC company of choice moving forward!

Our AC unit stopped working, which in the middle of an Arizona summer is a big deal. Our home warranty contracted the job to Ferguson mechanical. They told us the soonest they had was in two days. They were supposed to show up between 10am-2pm and call when someone was on the way. Never received a call, never showed up. Tried calling the office several times and always said they were on the other line. Left messages and never received a response. Would not recommend if you are in a time sensitive situation.

Even after a busy holiday weekend, the techs were able to squeeze in my property for repairs. Additionally, the techs were able to fix issues that previous companies had missed.
