As the maintenance person for a machine shop, we were having a hard time finding a company to clean and service some smog hog air filtration units. I was also in need of Nordfab ducting over two pieces of equipment. Not only could Ducts, Inc. provide the special ducting, they tackled the servicing of the Smog Hogs without hesitation. Work was done efficiently and without much disturbance to our machinists in the area. The duct work looks excellent and was installed with professionalism. My points of contact were Sharon, Owner & President and Bob, Vice-President of Operations. Both were very friendly, accommodating and professional. Thank you all for the great work and here is to future business.

Ducts Inc's owner Dustin responded so quickly to getting someone to look at my unit. I was fit into their schedule the next day, and Jorge showed up right on time. He found our issue, explained it well, and gave us a quote. He offered to let us shop around for a better deal, but he had all the equipment needed to get the job done that day so we went ahead. He was able to get our system fixed and back running possibly better than it ever had before. DON'T WAIT UNTIL SUMMER TO GET AN INSPECTION ON YOUR UNIT. Seriously, call Ducts Inc and get an overall inspection on your unit before summer. They will not disappoint!

So here's the deal. I am just one of those people who doesnt leave reviews for some odd reason but I had to do this. Yesterday morning I woke up to the sound of water dripping from my AC vent in a bathroom. Since the vent was right by the attic access I climbed up and took a look. The vent duct hose was completely full of water. Not typical. I called Ducts Inc. and Cody came out and saved the day. Drained the water from the duct hose, leveled the unit so compensation went where it is supposed to and even found an opening in a vent, went to Home Depot and came back with parts to fix the opening so I wasn't cooling my attic. Service above and beyond in my book, and I can be a little demanding. Definitely recommend Ducts Inc to all my friends. Thank you Ducts Inc. for caring.

We just had service today from Ducts, Inc. - very happy! Good price, very responsive, professional, on time, did what they said they would do. Cleaned up after themselves! When they came to give a quote, I had asked them to call or text upon arrival rather than ring the doorbell (dogs get Barky). They even remembered that when they came back to provide the service, called when he arrived - very impressed. Highly recommend ! Thank you.

We recently had our entire AC system, furnaces and coils replaced by Ducts, Inc. We could not be happier with their service, support and professionalism. Not only was their pricing excellent, everyone involved, especially Al Martinez and Jacob, did an incredible job. During these challenging times, all the installers had masks and gloves and completed the whole process in less than two days. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I’m the maintenance technician for VASA fitness in Arizona and we had a AC unit go down that is when I gave Ducks inc a call. The technician came out and checked my unit and found the the coil had a leak and that is when they tried everything to get it covered under warranty but we missed that by 7 months. They informed me because no one had this coil sitting on a shelf anywhere in the U.S. that it would be 3 weeks to have it made and shipped overseas. The unit came on time and they installed it right away (I think it was a day or two early) and $150.00 under estimate. That never happens!
