A/C quit on us and J&M answered immediately and we’re able to make it out to my home in less than a couple hours. Mike was professional, quick to diagnose and fix and out the door. My husband and I wanted to get a new a/c unit before it broke down. It was 16 years old and did not want to put money into an old unit. We called Patrick Murphy and they wanted almost $13,000 for a unit with 10 year warranty. I was appalled at the price and declined immediately. So I found J and M cooling in a Google search and called them. They came out the next day and said they could put one in for $7,500. Also, they fixed the return, put new thermostat in, and a new filter holder inside. Plus, fixed our dryer vent in attic. I can't give them enough credit for their great job well done. I highly recommend them for anyone with a/c needs. They ROCK!!!

They were professional,very competitively priced and very trustworthy. I left them at the house all day alone and felt totally comfortable with it. Came home and would never even know they were there except the whole house was cool and for the first time I could feel the air flow.

My A/C stopped working and I called in the evening thinking I wouldn’t get someone out until the next day. When I called I spoke to Denise who was professional and said she would call Mike and see if he could come that night. Mike came within the hour! He was professional and educated me on why my A/C was not working. He was able to quickly resolve the issue and assured me that if the problem continues he would be back asap to fix it. So far everything is working great! Thank you!!
