Fusion Air

I had Edmund at Fusion Air replace one of our HVAC units that went out. I got several estimates and plans for companies around the valley, Fusion Air was bar far the most professional and easy to talk to. I always felt like he was giving me an honest assessment of the problems and recommending the best solution for my situation, not just the most expensive or unnecessary options. Their estimate came out cheaper than the others and included some custom work to rebuild the ducting, including drywall and rebuilding the stands, something a few of the companies wouldn't do. On installation, the installers were very friendly and easy to have in my home, they took great care to clean up, cover things for the messy parts and generally respected my house and property. The installers were prompt, showed up when they said they would and the unit was installed on schedule. The unit has now been running for several months, working great and I am very happy with the unit and service provided. Fusion Air will be my first call anything HVAC related in the future, highly recommended.

It was 118 degrees today and our ac stopped working. Called the team at fusion air and with in 1.5 hours they were at our house and 1 hour later our ac was up and working again. No extra service charge or “rush” fee. It’s nice to work with a company that takes customer service seriously! We highly recommend Fusion Air!

Edmund came out an examine our condenser unit.
He noted that it was low on Freon, and recommended a capacitor change. He was not pushy in terms of his recommendation - just simply stated his observations and gave his recommendations for when to change.
All in all, he was timely and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an honest a/c company!

I called Edmond on a recommendation from a close friend. My air conditioner has been freezing up for the last few years when it was pushed hard. I have had several "yearly maintenance" people look at it, yet they all said it was working normally and might just be getting old. None of them were anywhere near as good at diagnosing and fixing as Fusion air. Within 15 minutes of him looking and fixing it, the compressor quieted down and was working much more smoothly. I can already tell the house is being cooled more efficiently than before as it is cooling down faster. I have been in the construction industry for over 35 years and really appreciate when i find a professional that I can heartily recommend.

Absolutely outstanding service and fair pricing. The worst of the worst occurred and my 21 year old unit finally quit out. Fortunately, I was referred to Fusion Air. Edmund, the owner, came out to my home the day after I contacted him (since it was a holiday) and did a complete run through of our system. Not 48 hours later, his awesome crew was at the house replacing everything we needed.

A friend recommended me to Fusion Air after getting excellent service. I texted them on Sunday. They responded immediately and said they could be here Monday morning. I asked that they get here as early as possible and let them know we’d be up by 6 a.m.They pulled up at 5:55 a.m. They found several issues, fixed them quickly and quietly and were out the door by 7:45 a.m. The bill was very reasonable to boot! We are so thankful to have found Fusion Air and will use them again.
