Convenient came out in December 2018. They did a complete energy audit and determined that if we added insulation we would have an approximate 24 - 30% energy savings on our electricity bill. I've compared my 2018 summer Bills to my 2019 summer bills and I am using the same amount of energy. There has been no decrease in energy use at all. I'm actually keeping the air warmer, using less energy and have 1 less person since last year. I also had a new motor installed on my AC unit. I called convenient and spoke with paul about not saving any money and he suggested I call SRP to get on a time of use plan. I spent thousands and was hoping to recoup the cost in my electricity Bill's, but that did not happen. However, the customer service was good and convenient handled all the srp rebates.

This past Saturday afternoon, when the forecasted temperature was predicted to reach 114 degrees, the AC unit at my mothers residence went on the fritz. She put in a service call at CHS and was told they would come by on Sunday morning. She let them know that she was an elderly women and asked that they make it out that day, to which the response was "I'll see what we can do". To my surprise, about an hour later, Josh called and said he would arrive between 6:30 - 7pm. At 6:50 he called again to up date his arrival time to 20 minutes. When he arrived there wasn't much daylight left, but this did not hinder his efforts. Within 30 minutes the AC unit was repaired! Josh and Convenient Home Services were very professional and got the job done! Thank You....
