Gillespie Air Conditioning and Heating

We’ve been using Gillespie for about 20 years and this review is too long overdue. Just the fact that we’ve been using them that long should say it all. This is a small family owned business. It’s Ken and his 2 sons, Chris and Brandon. When I want it done and done right the first time, I call Gillespie.
Always professional, always right on point with the proper diagnosis and repair, always fair with pricing, always on time, always very honest with everything they do. Never do they look for trumped up work that is not needed. They have also worked on our pools heat pump.
Yesterday afternoon our air went out. I called and they were here today. Found the problem in 5 minutes, replaced a bad capacitor were gone. Thank you Chris & Brandon. You guys rock!

I had a warranty issue needing addressed on my Pentair pool heater and Ken was assigned the job. He was very communicative and prompt. This guy knows his stuff!! I ask a lot of questions because I am genuinely curious and just like to know how things work and why, etc and he was very good at explaining things thoroughly to me and then some. I 110% recommend Ken for pool heaters and AC! He even schooled me a little on my AC when I had asked a few general questions. Thank you so much for getting us back up and running again!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My Aquacal pool heater/chiller stopped cooling and I found Gellespie’s on the Aquacal website. It was already after 5pm on the Friday before Labor Day holiday weekend and I didn’t expect to actually get anyone on the phone. Called Ken and he picked up right away and said he could come by Tuesday to take a look. Stopped by Tuesday as promised and replaced the capacitor and now we are back in business! Awesome service, professional, quick, and affordable. 10/10. Highly recommend.

I called on a Friday after hitting dead ends with six or seven other vendors/contractors. I need somebody to come out and take a look at the pool heater. I called Ken at 5:05 on Friday and he asked me to call the office and leave a number. He actually called me on Saturday and said he was five minutes from the house and could stop bye. It was a easy capacitor he changed it right back out I’m back in business. Family ran business and if his boys are as professional and knowledgeable as Ken I would call them for anything

We called Ken and he came out and fixed our Pool Heat Pump issue in about a half hour on a saturday. He did what he said he would do, when he said he would at a fair price. Qualities you don't find anymore with most businesses. I would highly recommend Gillespie Air.

I own several vacation rental homes in the Ahwatukee area, and if a guest checks in and the pool heater is not working, I am in big, BIG trouble. I can’t express how valuable Ken has been to helping me many times in the past - including right now! (😩) He is genuinely honest, always accessible and does everything in his power to help. We have used Ken and Chris with Gillispie’s twice now for warranty work on our Pentair Pool Heat Pump. They are the most professional and responsive HVAC professionals I’ve ever dealt with—so good I will be using them for my house HVAC needs when they arise. They made dealing with a warranty issue painless and took care of everything! We couldn’t be happier.

Been using Gillespie air cond for several years now. I am a snow bird so my equipment sits dormant for long periods of time, and it's getting older, so it seems like something doesn't work right whenever I show up to use it.
They always take my calls and show up when they say they will and generally have the right parts on the truck!! What could be better?

Had a major problem with my pool heater. Called them immediately and they visited the same day. They took ownership of the situation, worked with the manufacturer (Hayward in this case and kudos to them as well) and have it replaced the next working day. Total professionalism from Gillespie. Thumbs up!

our pentair heat pump quit heating.after talking to pentair rep,gave us gillespies' #.we had dr, appts. all the next day and when we came home the pump was fixed.turns out ken was in area and stopped by after calling and fixed it on spot.the warranty was still in effect so that was like icing on the cake.he did'nt have to stop by,seeing we never returned his call.but that's why he has a rock solid business,he did what he should and fixed it.we can not say good enough things about their business.we will alawys us him in the future.thank you ken
