All Flow Mechanical

Last Saturday 6/4/22, we had an issue with our AC. Our unit is under 4 years old and is still under warranty. We tried to call the company that installed it, but their message states their hours are Mon-Fri. We left a message, but no return call. Thankfully, after about 2 hours, the AC started to cool again. We attempted to call that company again on Monday with no return call. With the heat wave expected this week , we wanted our AC unit checked out.
My husband happened to see the All Flow Mechanical truck on Tuesday while he was driving. He called and spoke to Amy and set up an appointment for Wednesday morning. My husband was impressed with how she handled the call and the information provided.
Billy arrived right at 8AM. He found no problems with our AC, suggesting it was possibly a power surge. He performed the preventative maintenance we requested at a very reasonable cost. As other reviewers have mentioned, he provided my husband with some very good tips on how to make our AC run more efficiently - and we have already put his advice in place. He was professional and knowledgeable.

Billy was extremely competent prompt and explained our HVAC systems and the problems caused by improper duct size. He did a thorough inspection as well as maintenance. I will absolutely use him next time and encourage others to do as well. This guy is legit and a quality mechanic.

I wanted to have my AC cleaned and checked out so that it would be ready for the summer. Billy was able to come out that same day. He gave me great tips/advice on how to get the most efficient use out of my AC. He also repaired a duct for me. He was very professional, honest, and did everything in a timely manner. All Flow Mechanical is hands down the best, between Billy’s expertises and Amy’s service over the phone it’ll be hard to beat. Billy is honest and trustworthy only person I will call when I have an AC problem. Last year he came out when I had a problem, I knew the unit was old and ask him what he thought. Being the problem was only the condenser fan motor he said replace it and keep it going till something more serious happens. Well this year ac went out again, ended up being the more expensive thing. Billy was honest in his assessment and nobody could touch his price for a new unit installed and everything.
