We recently had our evap cooler fixed by this company and we couldn't be more satisfied with the service we received. They were extremely professional, great communicators, and provided fair pricing. I bought my unit just a little over a year ago from this company. They wasted time to "have parts come in" for the warranty to end on my unit. I messaged a few times and their response was always that they will look into what is going on and will get back to me when anything happens. They never respond and my ac unit is still having problems. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

I've been using Tropical Companies for a few years for my business' facility in Queen Creek. Having used them before and always getting a fair response with knowledgeable personnel was a big plus. I went to operate my home A/C 4/16/22 for the first time and it was only blowing room temperature air. I contact TC and they got a technician out the following week. He made was able to determine the issue as well as point out areas of concern. I had an estimate within hour's and they were back the next day to do the work. A/C works great, the price was fair and I don't have to sweat through the summer.

Devin and his crew at Tropical are the best... As part of a remodel, I needed to move and add additional duct work. They were able to source what was needed and improve the efficiency of my cooling system.

I had accidently cut through my A/C unit's high-pressure line. This is an old unit, and the coolant replacement would have been thousands of dollars, but Devin went the extra Mile and was able to find a tank of replacement coolant for a fraction on the cost!!

Devin was quick to respond and was able to fix the AC quickly and efficiently! Couldn't have been more pleased with the service!
