Craig and team were extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and transparent when working with us for an AC maintenance tune up. Being new homeowners, we are very unfamiliar with proper AC care. Craig answered all of our questions thoroughly and provided transparent "up next" steps (and prices!) that may need to happen in the coming months or years for our older unit. I don’t think I can say enough about how great these two men were and how they really saved me and my family today!!! My ac went out last night at 11:00 pm. By morning it was pretty warm in the house. I had a tech from another company come out and the other company stated that I needed a whole new AC unit and it was going to cost me almost 10,000.00. I was in a panic! Of course I wanted a second opinion. I got in touch with Queen Creek AC and Craig was able to squeeze me in and was at my house in less then 30 min! Come to find out I just needed a minor repair and it was very reasonable in cost to fix! My AC was working great again in a matter of minutes!!! I will refer everyone I know to Queen Creek AC from here on out. I myself won’t use anyone else now, they were fast, friendly, professional, HONEST, and we could tell they really cared! Great guys, amazing company! They really made my day today!

Craig was incredibly professional and kind throughout my entire experience with his company. Our upstairs AC stopped working and with a 1 yr old baby still taking afternoon naps it was getting pretty stressful here at home. He and his team arrived, identified the problem, had the replacement part on hand, and had the problem fixed in less than 45 min. Great Work. Craig at Queen Creek Air Conditioning came out twice this month. The first time my blower had gone out. This was repaired quickly and efficiently! The prices were great. When I started having cooling trouble again I was thankful to know exactly who to call! I called Craig and he said he would fit me in right away. He is very knowledgeable and explained the problem in a way I could understand. He had our problem fixed in no time! I believe wholeheartedly that he is a trustworthy guy! He values his company and his customers... In Arizona we all need a friend we can trust in the Air Condition business and I am thankful to have him on my side. I would recommend him over and over again!

What an amazing experience. I have two small children and 4 pets (cuz of the small children). Our house was sitting at 90 degrees inside and the contractor my Home Warranty company sent cancelled without a phone call. I was referred to Queen Creek AC, but was hesitant to call because he was outside the normal service area. I called at 5pm and received a fast answer. He said that he was booked, but if I was willing to meet him at 7am, he would come look at my system. Sure enough, bright and early he's here and ready to get started and 20 minutes later my house is a cool comfortable 77. It's hard to find good customer service and reliable work, I was lucky enough to get OUTSTANDING service and INCREDIBLE work. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!

Found Craig simply by going down the list of AC companies that could come same day to diagnose/repair my AC. After determining it was a costly repair, I opted to simply have the whole AC replaced. Craig and team worked diligently to get me up and running as fast as possible (~48 hours!!) I can't thank and recommend Queen Creek Air enough. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Queen Creek Air Conditioning service was great. I called a dozen big name companies and they said they couldn't make it out to fix my AC until the next day. I called Queen Creek Air Conditioning Company and they were at my house in less than an hour. My AC was fixed within 20 minutes. I highly recommend this AC company.

I couldn't be happier with these guys! My AC died on a Saturday morning and it was 113 degrees that day; in short, it was freaking miserable in my house by noon. Craig came out the same day to check it out, gave us a great price on a new unit, and the install was super fast! My AC is now blowing super cold. My family and my animals thank you so much for the outstanding work you did!

Our AC was having issues and I called Craig the day before Easter. Craig fit us in as early as possible and repaired our unit for a reasonable price.
