The guy came on time, was in and out real quick, and since I’m a new owner taught me a few things about AC. Solid service - shout out to Oliver

We love Oliver! He is professional, on time, and won't quit until he has gotten everything right. We really appreciate the amount of time he has spent on our units to make sure they're working correctly. I would recommend Olive Air and Heating to anyone!

Oliver took our case immediately and was onsite within two days. Prior to the appointment time, he called to keep me updated in arrivals and such.

He arrived on-time and checked my system, found the issue and made the needed repair within 20-30 minutes. Great customer service, friendly , etc. I've had other ac repair and they aren't the friendliest folks. It's like you're a number with a big price tag.

This ain’t their first Rodeo

Our A/C mysteriously went out causing the temperature to hover at about 95 degrees inside my house. I called our home warranty provider and they dispatched Olive Air & Heating. The company owner Oliver was the technician who arrived at my doorstep to investigate the problem.

About My System: We have a newish roof mounted A/C unit from the previous home owner which is controlled by a NEST thermostat. Oliver was able to quickly diagnose that there were no issues with the NEST interface and discovered the A/C unit was not receiving power so he decided to get on the roof and troubleshoot the A/C itself.

Diagnosis: Within less than 45 mins, he uncovered that whoever initially installed the A/C unit had not fastened the power wires securely enough. Oliver diagnosed that the insulation around the wires providing power to the unit were exposed: due to the vibrations that occur when the unit operates, the exposed wires eventually moved close enough to make contact with the mounting brackets which in turn caused a short, resulting in a blown fuse.

My Impression: Oliver was very professional and friendly when he arrived. I was impressed at how quick he was at identifying the problem and potential root causes for my issue. The speed at which he was able to fix the problem was also something to note. Having your A/C go out when it’s 95 degrees or above sucks especially if you have to work from home. The overall experience was very hassle free and I was very satisfied at how knowledgeable he is and the time efficiency of his work. We lucked out getting Olive Air & Heating to service our issue. To have someone who is :
a.) Experienced
b.) Technically inclined w/ good troubleshooting skills
c.) Honest
d.) Friendly
was a breath of fresh air (no pun intended).

If something ever goes wrong in the future with our A/C, I’m going to make it a point that our home warranty provider sends Oliver back our way again. I’d absolutely have no hesitations to recommend Oliver Air & Heating to anyone in the East Valley and Phoenix. Also overall, Oliver is a great dude!

Oliver provided a fast, pleasant, and professional service. His quick response was very much appreciated in this very hot weather. He provided suggestions on how to prevent future problems with my AC units. I couldn't have asked for a better service so I would definitely recommend this company to anybody. Thanks Oliver.

They came to our home yesterday and immediately fixed our A/C issue. Even though it’s October, it is still hot so to not have our AC working upstairs was a big issue. They responded quickly and had it fixed and ready to within 20minutes! Thank you so much, this pregnant mama cannot deal without AC!

Our air conditioning unit quit running for the second time this summer. Olive Air and Heating came out and was able to diagnose and fix our unit quickly! They were professional, responsive, friendly and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend them for your AC needs.

Oliver came to service on 8/24/22.. Did an excellent job. He explained everything he was doing so we understood what was going on and also replaced a part and explained why… very personal especially with our two young boy that were fascinated with him climbing in the attack… we have lived in our house for over 12 years and have had a dozen or more repair people to look at problems with our a/c and never had anybody that was so friendly, personal, and excellent at examining and explaining the problem. Thank you for serving us Olive air & heating . We will make sure if we have a problem again that we get you for sure.

Late Saturday evening 5:30 pm we called on Oliver advise my sister's air conditioning unit went out and she is bedridden if he could go out repair asap he advise could be there in 30 minutes. We had called other companies but soonest was going to be next morning. We are grateful for his promptness and expertise. Totally recommend his work very well done.

I had a water leak from my air handler in the attic that came through the ceiling. I was so lucky that Oliver could come out the same day and fix it for me. Oliver is very professional and had me up and running within a hour of arriving at my home. He was respectful of my home and cleaned up some attic insulation that had fallen down when he accessed the attic. His rates are reasonable and I am very pleased with his work. If and when I have other air conditioning issues I'll definately call Olive Air & Heating.
