If you have an AC problem- call these guys. They’ll get you squared away without any sneaky add-ons or nonsense. They fixed my 22 year old unit and only mentioned that it was time to start planning a replacement. They didn’t inundate me with sales blabber and scare tactics to replace my unit NOW NOW NOW! I’ve had such a positive experience there’s no way I’ll go with anybody else. When the time comes, they’ll be putting in the new system.

We went through our Home warranty Old Republic Home Services for someone to fix our refrigerator. Usually I am almost always disappointed with who they send out. Not this time. We had to have a new refrigerator fan installed that had to be ordered and I had no expectations as to when it would come in. They came out on a Tuesday and the fan was installed on a Friday. Great customer service from start to finish. Thank you and thanks to Daniel the service rep.

I would absolutely use this company again and would recommend them! I have read all the reviews and they are certainly all over the place. I'm a big reviews kind of person. I read multiple reviews before making a decision to use a company. I like the response from the company on the reviews and can read between the lines on the bad reviews. You can't make everyone happy and those that are really mad write horrible reviews. I was referred to A-Quality from a friend and called them to give me a quote on a new AC system. I asked a lot of questions and they were glad to help me make the right decision on the system. Price was a factor for me and their quote was very fair. Daniel and Mark showed up and were absolutely professional and genuinely friendly. I'm so happy with the whole process and with my new AC unit. I just referred them to help my 80+ year old aunt. They will be out to her home to install a new unit for her.

Placed an insurance work order for our AC. Daniel came our assessed out AC issues stated they would look into the parts needed and call us back. They decided not to take the job and didn’t bother to tell us. Instead emailed the insurance gave the insurance the excuse of a time constraint. When we called and stated we were okay with the 2 week time frame the person on the phone Mark informed us in actuality they did not want the job. Based on the on social media and google comments; This company seems to have a pattern of taking insurance service calls, collecting the service fee and not following through. Instead of beating around the bush they could have been straight forward. Now we have to go through the weekend with out AC.

Was referred by my home warranty to go with A-Quality. Although my experience was horrible, it was in no part the fault of A-Quality. It was all due to the unprofessionalism and incompetence of my home warranty company. In fact, A-Quality was extremely helpful and were the only part of this whole ordeal that was easy and efficient. They were extremely supportive and understanding of how bad the situation was. I am very grateful for their great service!

We called the company under our home warranty for an a non-functioning air conditioning system. Daniel not only didn't wear a mask, but marched into our home with a disrespectful attitude - and kept getting too close and in our personal space. The two problems we called about specifically were a loud clanging in the fan outside the home, and the temperature readout on the thermostat was very erratic and temperature climbing suddenly.
My husband is recently retired and raised to be very courteous and respectful (FYI advise against this approach) Daniel picked up on this - and began texting my husband with instructions on how to fix the problems himself!
Unbelievable right? Nothing is fixed - and based on Daniel’s authoritarian statement that it was completely fixed, paid him our $75 copay.
Now he is saying that we need to start over (and PAY FOR a new work order!) to fix the exact same problem we reported in the first place.
I have called the company office and they are nor responding. Hopefully my experience can save someone
else

Very pleased with the service we received from A-Quality. Within 15 minutes of calling our home warranty company to tell them our air conditioner had stopped working, I received a call letting me know they would be out between 8-10am the next day. Daniel was at our home at 8am sharp. He found the problem right away and said they had to order the part so it might take 1-2 days. We were so impressed because the owner tracked down the part, went to pick it up instead of waiting for delivery, and Daniel was back by 4pm the same day to install the part. We will definitely request them the next time we need service!

I have called on these folks three times in the last several years. Both the owner Mark and the tech Daniel have been on my roof. On each occasion I found both of them to be professional, courteous and responsive to my A/C needs at a reasonable cost, sometimes better than reasonable. I have several friends and associates who use them and have only heard good things about the service they received. They have many repeat customers. 5 STARS

A-Quality lied and defrauded our company. Beware of the company and of the technician Daniel. Our company had an emergency situation with our AC Unit on site. We contacted A-Quality and they came out. They quoted us a price to fix the problem, took our cash, then told us the actual fix would be a much larger issue. I called the owner and asked if I was at home and paid someone 800 to fix a problem and they told me, no that wasn't the problem - we need another 2000, I would be very upset.

The worst part is that another company came out 2 hours later and took a video which I've attached- the leak they said was fixed was NOT, and there wasn't a drop of coolant in our system. If they had put any coolant, it could not have escaped that quickly. They quoted and charged $40 per lb of coolant - 11 lbs at $440.00 Even though they didn't add coolant, we learned our unit only takes a max of 8 lbs. Dirty, dishonest tactics all the way around. You have a lot of choices to deal with your AC issues here in the valley, be careful.

My AC went out and they were not able to get me scheduled until the next day while temps were well over 100 degrees. The person I talked to on the phone seemed genuinely disappointed he couldn’t help me out same day. Later that day I received a call saying they would be able to fit me in late in the afternoon due to a cancellation. The repair was made quickly. The technician, Daniel, was super friendly, considering I was his last call of the day and he spent his day in excessive heat.
