Talitha, Anthony, and team are superstars. I was out of state and called in a panic because my house sitter said it was over 90° in the house. Antrim fit me in same day - only a few hours after I called - on the day after a holiday, when they were slammed. They got the issue resolved, under warranty. AC went out in my rental condo in East Mesa. Called one of the "Big Boys" in town...ooooh, your compressor is shot, lots of issues, 3900 bucks to repair. OR, we can sell you a NEW one for 5700! Called another place, almost the same exact script, except 2000.00 more!! Called Antrim their tech came out close to 5 PM. "Looks like a loose wire, and, you need a charge". 45 minutes later, and just a very small service call charge, AC works like a Champ!! Honesty goes a long way, Antrim...you are the Good Guys!

So thankful for Anthony and Talitha Gilmore with Antrim Air. From the time our AC went out until the time it was fixed and running was less then 24 hours. Super impressed with how concerned they were about protecting our family from Covid. Their amazing service tech showed up in a mask, gloves, and shoe covers. Even though it was hot as shiz out, our safety came first. Highly recommended!!

Had one company come over and said we needed a whole new unit. Didn’t make sense to us as our issue was 1 room. Atrium Air came out for a complimentary 2nd opinion. There’s nothing wrong with our unit. The housing was old but the compressor itself was replaced so the numbers actually added up and it’s fine. I was given multiple options for DIY. Calling this company cost me nothing and they gained my respect and trust. Thank you!
