No invoice or information I needed to mfile for warranty. Charged me to do the paperwork amd did nothing for 2 weeks
When he finally returned my messages he said he didn't do anything because he was too busy. Awful.

I’ve used them for AC maintenance the last two years. Last year, they put everything back, brought their own filters, and were $10 cheaper. They told me how great my AC unit was looking and running.

This year they tore up both my hoses causing me to have to replace both, didn’t put the nozzle attachments back on the hose or screw back on the hose to the faucet. They were $10 more and didn’t bring filters. Before he left, he said I needed to start saving my money, as my compressor was loud and the fan was rusty. I’ll need to replace my unit soon.

Well, Rust doesn’t happen overnight. If it was a concern why wasn’t I told last year? And The ac sounds the exact same except when they left it had a squeaking sound that went away.

This year they rubbed me the wrong way by disrespecting my items. He also Made me feel as though they did something on purpose to ensure I’ll have to replace soon.

Clean up after yourselves and respect someone’s property. Wont use again and don’t recommend.

My husband and I are Mr Galvez loyal customers and we highly value his work,. He has repaired one of our air conditioning units and recently installed a new one.
He is very meticulous in his work with great attention to detail and has explained to us the functioning of the machines so we will be able to detect quickly any failure as well as be attentive to the maintenance .
We also value his integrity, honesty as well as prompt response when a problem occurs. His prices also are very reasonable.We highly recommend him.

Well mister Jose Galvez did a work at my house in Glendale az. When I call him to get a estimate he came on a Sunday And then he came to do the job. I paid him good. And he did not do all the work that would do on of the bathroom the a/c was ok before he work on it after he work. It was worst. We call to came back and fix it. He did came and try to fix it. But still was not right. So it was Sumer time and he said it was too hot to go into the arctic So he said he will came when the weather change. So my wife call him on January and he said he sold his business and he doesn’t owned. But he is laying. He doesn’t want to came because he said it’s to far away but when we offer him the job he didn’t care how far was. So sad that you trust someone to do a work and they don’t backup their work. So I will not recommended this guy for nothing and I will go to the better business bureau to see if I can do something about it

I am happy with my experience with this company. I have never found so much professionalism and knowledge of AC technician. Mr. Jose Galvez came to my house and made an inspection of my Air Conditioning. He clearly explained the problem to me and fixed it immediately. Months later I did a renovation in my house and he advised me with a machine that would cover the needs of my home. Now I am not only enjoying a more efficient air but also the electricity bill has decreased by more than 80%. I recommend Galvez Air Conditioning Inc. The owner is honest and very experienced. In addition, he is an ex-veteran and offered a special discount for our new Air Conditioner. I compared the quoted prices with two other companies and neither was able to match their prices. The responsibility in his work as well as his prestige is very well earned. He was very efficient and now thanks to his recommendation we are saving money and are ready to welcome next summer and future winters.
