Four Seasons Home Services - Cave Creek, AZ

Very pushy maintenance guy asked for $100 for a service that was already paid for. Tried to explain that I was just a tenant and he should talk to the property manager but he kept insisting so I just paid him to be done with it. Super annoying.

Great company. I have used them for maintenance on my 2 units for a few years and they are always on time and Brittany is a gem. She is very good at communicating with me as far as appointment times. The technician's have always been very professional and explain everything before any work is performed. I recommend them highly.

Four Seasons did a great job replacing all three systems in a house I recently purchased. They were done the same day, very fast for the size of the job, and the installation is very neat and clean. The price was solid value as well, with no bs and no surprises. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend their services.

Kevin And Jessica have done maintenance and a couple repairs since they started 5 years ago. They are very professional and the response time is amazing. Brittany the dispatcher always keeps me posted on the technician status and is always very pleasant. I am planning on new units next year and will be using Four Seasons. Four Seasons is a great organization! Their techs, especially Jorge and Chris, are always professional and pleasant. They treated my home with care and their pricing is very fair. We have used Four Seasons for many years to perform our bi-annual inspections and repair any issues. They are very professional and provide great service. Brittany is awesome at coordinating all visits and can get someone out same day if needed. I also enjoy working with George, Kevin and Jessica. We will continue to use Four Seasons into the future.

We used Four Seasons to do a maintenance on our AC system after a friend recommended them. Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the dispatcher to the tech. He showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable...and most importantly didn't try to sell us unnecessary equipment. Great company!

I can't say enough good about Four Seasons Home Services and my experience with them. My A/C in one portion of the house quit working. We had used them before with a very good outcome, so I called them again. Chris, the technician, was very prompt, kept me informed as to what he was finding, and what the cost to repair would be. It was more reasonable then I had expected and he was able to fix it yet that day! Rarely is a repair experience so easy with such a good feeling when it is done! Their company is definitely on my "go to" list for any Heating or A/C work needed! Great Job Four Seasons!!!
