Mike and Desert state air have been great! They showed up and got my install done in less than a week on a 2800 square foot home. Mike always responds fast and communicates well. His two workers were great. One even making the comment “they try to treat every house like it’s their own.” Which I liked a lot. Would highly recommend.

Without a doubt the best customer service experience we have had! From the initial phone call to the final installation, total process was flawless. Called on Monday to request a quote for heating/ac replacement. Sandy answered the call and was extremely pleasant and efficient and scheduled my appointment for the following day. Mike arrived on Tuesday at the scheduled time to survey our needs. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. After his inspection of our system he made his recommendations and indicated he would call me back later that day with a price quote. Mike’s call came as promised and the quote was well under what others suggested the price would be! After our agreement, Mike returned to our home on Wednesday with contract for signing. Again, a most pleasant experience. Installation was scheduled for Thursday AM and he gave us detailed info on what would take place. Thursday AM as promised, Installation technicians Javier and Harlan arrived and we’re very personable, knowledgeable and eager to get started. They both were great to work with and did a great job of completing our installation in the time frame promised(one full work day). At completion, they left the job site just as they found it. Truly professional!
I would recommend Desert State Air to anyone needing heating/ac service and are looking for a quality job at a great price from a company that truly cares about pleasing their customer.

I had a great experience with Desert State Air. Javier arrived promptly on time and placed drop-down clothes on the flooring, and he was so courteous and professional. Javier and Harley started work right away early in the morning and completed the install in the afternoon. Everything went flawless. They cleaned up afterwards and thanked me. I highly recommend this company and I am so glad my Neighbor referred them to me. Thank you Mike, Sandy, Javier, and Harley.

Mike was very responsive, helpful and gave me a great price on our new units. Javier came out and installed the ac units and they not only work good they look great! They do a nice work and were on time with everything from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an A/C company

Desert State Air came to our rescue this past week. We called in the morning after our AC went out. They had a tech to us in 3 hours and replaced our fan motor within the hour. Javier was super friendly and professional and both his and the communication from the office gal (forgot her name) was amazing. I would highly recommend them. Mike, the owner, even checked in to advise of arrival time. Thank you. Definitely like supporting our local professionals.

Desert State Air has been servicing our HVAC systems for many years. Mike and his staff are professional, responsive and friendly. Even though the summer months are particularly busy, Mike finds a way to accommodate his customers. Javier and Leonard recently attended to an inspection list while we were selling our house. They needed more parts and returned in a very timely manner to get the job done. Couldn't be happier with this company and we will continue to use them in the future. You can't find better or more professional technicians.

I can't believe how easy and not scary-expensive Mike makes getting a new A/C unit installed. He's seriously a specialist and a skilled technician who knows air conditioning like no other. He explains everything so you know you're in good hands. The cost and service are a dream come true.

Mike is amazing. He is fast, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. My heat went out on one of the coldest days of the year and he replaced my motor on a Saturday so that my household could be warm again. Highly recommend!!
