Polar Bear went far and beyond. They took care of my air conditioning with a smile. Ms. Mckenna was such a comforting voice as she advised me that she could fix my ac and I wouldn't have to buy a new one as the company before wanted to sell me a new one. Polar Bear fixed it and I am very happy and
didn't have to spend nearly as much!

Very unprofessional we set an appoitment for this afternoon around 3:30 we called to make sure everything was still good,no answer we called several more times untill 6 but still no answer just a personal voicemail. They ended up leaving us high and dry without even a call to let us know the tech would not make it. If you want a flaky hvac repair guy that wont answer your calls and might show up well this is the right company for you.
