If I could give Zero stars I would. DO NOT use Valley distributors for your AC needs. We had them install our upstairs unit prob just over a year. A few months ago the AC unit overflowed with water (in our attic) and came thru in my daughters ceiling. When we called them to check the unit, they blamed it on our roofing (had just had it replaced), yet they changed all kinds if things for the unit. When I tried to talk to the owner about damages the water did to the unit, they would not cover it. Few weeks later we paid to have them come do a regular maintenance , he left with supposedly doing maintenance both units (Just bc we wanted to stay current with maintenance to maintain the warranty, we decided to stay with the same company). Few weeks later downstairs unit starts to freeze.. this time I called my regular AC guy and he said the downstairs units was super low on freon and both units were super dirty. So the maintenance Valley Distributors was suppose to do, they did nothing.. and now again today the unit they replaced went out. It was a clogged drain. So apparently the maintenance wasn't even done correctly or done at all.
Avoid the issues and go with someone else.

Do not waste your time or money with this company. I wish I bought my fireplace elsewhere!! Very poor customer service. I wish I could post zero stars.
