    We've been using K & W for years at our Hyundai dealership and have always received excellent, professional, quality service from them. They especially give good advice on what not to waste your money on! Our building is MANY decades old so it's nice to get advice I can trust on what needs fixing and what doesn't. Please do not base your opinion on the several reviews that were for a different K & W in Georgia. This K & W Heating & Air in Opelika, AL is my go-to when we have any problems. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

    I had to come online and share my experience with K&W. They did a great job with the HVAC system in our condo in Auburn. It was not cooling properly and we had extremely high power bills and K&W came out and fixed the issue and then followed back up with us several days later to confirm that the issue had been addressed and we were not having any more trouble. I would highly recommend K&W.

    This is the worst service, I have ever experienced. The service went through my home warranty company. They have me a 5 hr time lapse for a service call. The guy came 30 minutes before the 5 hours was up m. He was very rude. He didn’t have shoes before walking into my house. I had to ask him to wear the clothes shoes before coming in. Than he went to look at my air conditioning outside. Afterwards, he told me I wools have to pay extra besides the deductible. I told him I wanted to confirm with my warranty. He said well I have to leave. I said I can’t jus give him money without confirming the charges with my warranty. Plus, he said that my home warranty would only pay 10 dollars per pound for the Freon and the Freon is $510 per pound or something to that number. Than he said am I guna pay for it. I said I would if I got confirmation and he just left. I tried to call his company and no answer. Several times

    My home. Warranty, American Hone Shield set up this appointment on Wednesday. They were scheduled to be at my home Thursday betwern 2 - 4pm. I specifically told the person I would not be available after 5pm.
    Thursday @ 4:33pm I called for a status. I again reiterated I would not be available after 5, the young lady said I am the person you spoke to. I will call the contractor and get an estimate if you like and call you back. I said ok. I never received a call back. At 6:42 pm I received a text at 6:42pm saying contractor on the way. 42 mins past window, 1 hour 42 minutes padt time I said I would not be available.
    This morning 10-26-18 I called American Home Shield, was told by Alex/Alex he was calling Land W for status, held on for 18 mins, transferred to k and W only to be disvonnected. At time of this post i sm on hole eith Smerican Home Shield again. Never, never use K and W they don't show up and you are billed. But I'm going public to TV and Social Media and anybody else that will hear me. They are not going to getvaeayveith taking my money.

    Very poor customer service. My home warranty company set up the appointment and the contractor never showed up. I left my job early to be at the house for the appointment. They never called to let me know they weren’t coming. I called them multiple times and never received a response. Horrible.

    I would refer K&W to all my friends and family. The service is impeccable and when we live in a world where everyone is trying to get over in the consumer it’s refreshing to know that I can call Jami and Kenyon and be confident that we are going to be taken care of.

    Gave a quote. Did not show up to finish job. Called multiple times...no response. Then they called back and increased the price. The person who answers the phone has no manners.

    I contract them through American home shield. They came and said whatever broken it before they came and they won't fix it until I pay out of pocket. AWFUL!!!

    The technician Reid came out and did not check my unit thoroughly before telling me I needed Freon.... this is poor customer service. Trying to get money without a diagnostic check!!!
