When providing a quote, he gave us two options to consider and answered our questions. He wore shoe covers inside when installing the new thermostat. Apex is very effective in diagnosing problems and finding issues that other firms have not even noticed. The main capacitor of our heat pump was declining in function, so they replaced it under warranty during the regular maintenance check. This will keep us cool for the summer.

Service was great! Called Nathan on a Sunday morning and he was at the house in 45 minutes and fixed our problem! Would definitely use them again. Very professional!!
