Had two clogged bathroom vanity sinks that would not unclog. Myers came out, got the job done quickly and professionally. Called before they arrived, made sure everything was cleaned up and double checked things were back in order. Used Myers for A/C, heating and plumbing issues and have been pleased each time. It’s rare these days when expectations are exceeded. (If calling about plumbing, ask for Chit as your technician - he’s a pro!)

Will lies from start. was told 85 to come look and see what needed to be done and price to fix was here less then 15 minutes and told bill will be 210. it is 85 to pull up in the yard and then the clock starts. looked at water told what was wrong and changed 125 extra to look at and not fix. b

The electrician came but they said the electrical was fine. Our home warranty sent Meyers and they were so professional. By this point I was really upset. I thought it was going to be something huge. But they were so wonderful; straight forward and honest. So hard to come by these days. I really appreciate their honesty and integrity. I will definitely be using them in the future.
From the estimate to the installation all the way back to customer service Meyers was professional and courteous throughout. Drew, Trippe and his partner, and Karen were awesome. Very timely. Excellent communication and friendly employees. I would definitely recommend Meyers. If my new unit lasts 15 years then I would have won the mini lottery. I’m happy and satisfied.
This company was sent to us through our home warranty company. During the initial visit, upon examining our HVAC handling unit, the tech told us they really didn't want to do this work and would actually PAY US to use another company. The handling unit was in our laundry room and would require excessive work to make the repair and/or replacement. During the 2nd visit, he stated they would complete the work (after discovering that the unit would have to be replaced rather than repaired) but would have to rip out walls to replace the handling unit. We offered to remove the cabinets in the laundry room and he said that would work. After my husband and I discussed the attitude of the employee of this company (he was never rude), we decided they would not be a good company to work with and went with another company, at our own expense. We did not receive money from Myers Comfort Specialists to use someone else. What type of business states they will pay you to go somewhere else so that they don't have to do the work??
Area manager, Drew, was very informative and extremely knowledgeable. I have dealt with many HVAC contractors over many years in the restaurant business. Drew was easily in the top tier in all aspects. His company is relatively new to the Lake Martin market and will give those already established strong competition.
We used Myers thru our Home Warranty company, Home Shield. Myers contacted us promptly after we filed the claim, I think within an hour or two at the most and scheduled the service. Shane arrived early within the two hour quoted window and had our heater up and running in no time. He even closed up the attic access for us so we didn't have to. Will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Luckily, they were in my area, and the representative was able to schedule the service for the same morning. She was very kind and professional. Drew was the Technician that arrived for the repair. He called ahead of time, was prompt, super friendly, courteous, and quick to answer any questions that I had. He had the unit diagnosed and repaired in WAY under an hour! I could not have asked for better service! Thank you, so much!!!
