Great company to do business with. Both my AC units went out and New Era provided me with a complete diagnosis on both units. I had several companies that came out that I was not satisfied with but New Era was thorough, professional, and gave me a very fair price below what I was previously quoted. The owner, Jamie is very knowledgeable, professional and answered all of my questions. The service technicians got me up and going now and I am COMPLETELY satisfied!

I used this service for the first time and I must say I was very pleased with the service . Mr. Jamie was very professional and explained as well as showed me pictures of what it looked like before and after . I really appreciated the fact that he listened and gave me advice going forth as a widow it’s very hard to get someone to do what they say and you are always Leary about people because you know people tend to take advantage of us . I felt confident that he not one of those people . I will refer him to anybody I know and also will have him come back out in October to get me prepared for the winter . It was great to be able to support a business in my home town of Fairfirld Al. Blessings to Mr. Jamie and his office staff .

Jamie came and serviced my unit and now I have heat! He was very professional and informative. The receptionist/assistance was kind and helpful.

Before reading the reviews I called to make an appointment and received a callback a day or so later to schedule for the following Thursday or Friday. The receptionist called me Thursday morning to verify if I was still available for my scheduled appointment. I confirmed. She stated she would call me back with a specific time. By 2:30 I had not received a call with a time for my scheduled appointment. I called the office and left a message. Jamie called me back and let me know that his receptionist/assistance was unavailable and he rescheduled my appointment for the following Friday.

My only suggestion would be for the company to get a handle on the scheduling. From the looks of previous reviews, this seems like a recurring challenge. If the service would have been done on the day of my appointment or if someone would have called me before I called the office to reschedule, my experience would have been flawless.

Thank you for your help! I am truly grateful to have heat now and it was because of this company! I appreciate your service!

Honestly…this is by far one of the best experiences I ever had with a HVAC contractor…from start to finish…the owner Jamie Gaines came to the initial consultation attentively listened all the needs were gave advice and professional feedback when needed…and prescribed what turned out to be the best solution for my family’s home. He even made sure to follow up with me to make sure I received all pertain paperwork and materials. His technicians were on time for the installation and professional and made sure they completed the tasked. I would refer and use New Era for all my HVAC needs!!! I recommend you do so too!!!!!

Update to my previous review sorry its a bit late but the cost to repair the damage to the ceiling and freshly painted walls was 100 percent reimbursed by New Era as Jaimie promised. Man of his word I like that and have sent several referrals. GREAT COMPANY

Jamie did a great job on our HVAC system. The company was a little tough to get in contact with, but after that the service was smooth and he even followed up to make sure that we were taken care of. Would definitely recommend!

If I could give this place negative stars I would . Home warranty dispatched these people out to my house . Never called to schedule an appointment. Called 20 times to get a response. Couldn’t get to me till 3 days later . The day comes and they tell us they can come to our house at 1000 then call and tell us the technician has to pick some tools up and then they will come to our house at 1200 . We call at 1300 to see what’s going on, they said they would call the technician and call us back No call back. At 1400 we call the office manager because we are Highly upset . Said that they were too busy and could come tonight or maybe tommorow . We cancelled ASAP with them. Do not give them an ounce of time or business. Worst company I have every dealt with in my entire life.

Very professional on time good quality all name brand equipment no off the wall branded equipment... Cant say much about the value as i really didnt shop around....i had a deadline and Jaimie was right on it and his professionalism won me over. Now the tech did damage a ceiling and dirtied up a couple of freshly painted walls but they gave me their word that when i get it fixed they would take care of the cost.......Will update later

I can't thank Jamie enough! We gave $400 to the original installer of our unit only for him to spend 6 hours in my house and leave us still with a broke furnace. Jamie came in...diagnosed the problem in 30 minutes and had it fixed in 15 minutes! Thank you!!!
