the company recommended a fix for a very fair price and we set an appointment and hthe tech came out when promised. Both rooms are now much cooler and he explained everything he was doing. I would call them again, but hopefully I won't have to.

Our Tech was awesome!! He was so prompt, respectful, and knowledgeable. Oh and not to mention he was FAST!! We mentioned to us the problems we may face in the future with the unit, which we appreciated, so we can prepare for the costs ahead of time.

Very nice guy, very calm, explained everything. Fixed our furnace which needed a new ignition. He took pictures of the furnace, then came down the ladder and showed me everything. I appreciated it. He was quick and kind. Will only use him in the future.

The tech was courteous, personable, very knowledgeable and explained everything in terms I could understand. To top it off, he even called my warranty company for me after he had already left.

The technician that sent to us by the company was on time to install new damper parts and re-route some ducts to our air conditioning system. I am super satisfied with the service they have given us.

It is just the beginning of the season and my AC is not cooling well. I called the company and got great service from the time of my phone call to the time the technician left my house. It ended up only being a capacitor, thankfully was fixed right away. Will call them again if needed - I hope I don't.

Very easy folks to work with. Replaced both AC units and furnaces. Horizon Heating & Cooling Services had two different techs come out and replace our AC units and furnaces.

From the beginning, the technician worked with us to understand our AC needs. After we signed the contract he accompanied the installation team to make sure that everyone knew what was required. They explored the options for routing the lines and did a great job of making the new lines fit in. I highly recommend Horizon Heating & Cooling Services to anyone!

I am completely pleased with this company and in particular with The technician. I will continue to use Horizon Heating & Cooling Services in the future. I will most likely go to them when I finally do have to replace the unit. .
