    Standard is excellent. Darryl, the technician who serviced our units, was professional, thorough, timely and just plain nice! The dispatcher on Saturday was also so nice and efficient -- I was so thankful we were getting same day service and she was great about calling back with an expected time of arrival.     The service technician, Brady, was very professional and responsive. He undertook a very thorough examination of our AC units and pointed up possible problems without hard selling me anything. I was very pleased by his attitude and his thoroughness.

    I wasn't provided a specific time for servicing, however they showed up at 9:05 am. Darryl was extremely professional. He was in a mask and shoe booties. He took his time checking all the components. He was honest with the issues and showed pictures of his concerns. I was appreciative that he didn't push any services on me, but provided a quote with various options and let me decide.

    Once I selected my maintenance requests, he got to work. His attention to detail was on point. Once maintenance was complete he spent quite a bit of time cleaning the systems up. He even went in to bend back tiny bits of metal that were catching the air filter.

    I was initially going to have the ducts cleaned as well however the appraiser (Daniel) came out, coordinated Darryl and advised the ducts were relatively clean. I appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and detail in their work. Highly recommend.

    Just when you thought customer service was dead and gone I had the pleasure of dealing with these folks. They responded immediately and their technician was as pleasant, courteous and efficient as you could ever want.

    I called on a weekend and had a technician out by Monday afternoon. The problem took a couple visits but it was resolved quickly and the communication was easy. Eddie was personable and friendly and really knew how to get right to the root of the issue. I’d call them again if we needed help.

    Standard just installed a garbage disposal for me that I had purchased separately. The service representative told me that it would be $89 service charge plus any required parts. After the job was done, they charged me $380!

    Shane did a great job and finished within an hour, but the fees this company charges are OUTRAGEOUS! Take your business elsewhere if looking for transparency and value.

    EDIT: At least they offered a discount when they saw this review. +1 star, but I'm still unhappy with their pricing transparency.
