My furnace quit working the day before a predicted freeze warning! I called OnTime Service and they actually told me that the first available appointment was December 9th. So I got in touch with Eagle Service Company and David was here the same morning I called. This company is a fourth generation company founded in 1930. John Jeffcoat, the owner, was actually an Eagle Scout and his core values are based on what he learned as a Boy Scout!! David found the problem, replaced the broken part, and heat began to blow! He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient! If I could give more stars I would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Eagle Service Company came to my home on 7/13/2020 to install a dishwasher, sink, faucet, and disposal. They left and they had damaged the wiring to the dishwasher and it would not run. The company told me the next day to read the user’s manual and call an appliance repair company to come fix it. There is a 28 day warranty on their work. They damaged the wiring to the dishwasher, and I now have to call an electrician to come fix their damage.

Brian came and unclogged/flushed an outdoor drain that was causing flooding in our home. Very grateful they could come the next day

I could not have asked for better service. Everything was well organized from the very start. Professional, courteous and very knowledgeable! I was always kept in the loop as to what to expect. Everything was explained quite well. I would give them a six but this only goes to five stars

My hot water heater ceased to function. They came out the same day and determined that it was just a leak in an adjacent pipe that had flooded the overflow pan and caused the burner to go out. I would recommend them again!

Showed up EXACTLY when they said they would, A+ workmanship, very respectful and attentive to the details, fair pricing for the work performed. Eagle Service Company is now the only plumbing company I will call!!

Had leak in main waterline from meter to house. Came when said would come found leak fast repaired it put didn’t mess yard very professional nice thanks. Wayne good job

Great service. Communication was great throughout. They were on time and transparent through out the process. I would use them again.

They were available day of, on time, and efficient. Respectful. Gave helpful advice with no pressure. I’d use them again in a heartbeat.
