I reached out to AirDaddy on a Saturday morning to request an estimate to replace my current heat pump, air handler, and thermostat. Dan scheduled the estimate for that same afternoon. During the walk-through Dan made an observation of the current system that he recommended I address. I had a repair on the air handler done last year and the service tech, from a big HVAC company, walked right past the obvious issue multiple times without saying anything. I felt confident that Dan was the man for the job and scheduled him ASAP.

Monday morning Dan showed up ready to work. His professionalism, respect for my home, and attention to detail of his work far exceeded my expectations. I've attached some pictures to show off Dan's quality of work on my home. I always have some reservation when I hire someone to work on my house, but after seeing Dan take his time and not cut any corners, I feel relieved to have hired somebody who treated my home like their own, and have full confidence in the longevity of my HVAC investment.

AirDaddy was terrific. The owner himself performed the initial inspection, spent time helping me understand the solution options, sent his crew out to do the work, and inspected the work himself afterward. Its clear that he takes pride in his business and will do what it takes to deliver first rate work at a very reasonable price. The technician Dan was very professional, the team was able to come early, provided clear communication on ETA. Arrived on time, diagnosed the exact problem (the previous company told me my AC needed to be replaced for $4600). AirDaddy was able to get us cool again with $189 part that the technician carrier on his truck. Highly recommended.

I bought the HVAC through Lowe's, and Dan said he would install the unit for me. I called when the unit arrived, and he came out the next day to install it. The gas vent was on the opposite side from my old unit so we couldn't hook up the heat. Dan got the pipes cut and was out the very next day to finish hooking up the heat. I was so grateful for his prompt service and reasonable prices. I will always call Air Daddy for all HVAC needs. Air Daddy gives five-star service.

Dan was very professional and polite. He came the same day I called. There was a leak he fixed and also I needed new installation. He went above and beyond and fixed some other stuff that needed to be done as well. He did everything for a great price! I will definitely call him for any future needs and recommend him 100% for anyone else.

Dan was extremely responsive and came out for a service call within a couple of hours of reaching out to him - on a Saturday and without any “emergency” fees. He had our problem diagnosed and quotes for the solution the same day. We ended up needing a new unit and was able to get it scheduled for that same week. He even worked with us on scheduling as we had a baby that week which interrupted our scheduled installation.
