We have a second home in the OB area. T&M have maintained our house’s AC and heating units for several years. On at least two times they have saved us money by telling us that what we wanted was not necessary. They always come in a timely manner and are professional.

I had some issues in my home I was put in contact with Mr. David baker a man who comes out to see what’s going on for the crew to fix. The initial visit this man was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and engaging to me as not only to help resolve issue but friendly as well! So the same man came back to even fix the issue! And have to say the nicest and most friendly man I have ever met! They do amazing service are very fast and excellent work! This man David Baker not only helped fix the issue was engaging in conversation with my wife and me but also great with my son! Very friendly all around will definitely recommend to ANYONE! Best company with out a doubt.

The service technician, Dustin, was very professional and competent. He appeared to be thorough and efficient in servicing both the inside unit and the outside condenser. He replaced the filter and reported no problems were found. He was very courteous and answered all of my questions. As a result of today's service, we will continue to use and recommend the services of T & M Heating and Air.
