Twin Ports Custom Climate ( TPCC )

We had no ac on one side of my building. I called TPCC and had a tech onsite with a new unit in less than an hour. My store is cool and my employees are off my back! Thanks to John for doing such a clean install.

Quick response for replacement of existing furnace. Made available electric heaters. Crew was on time, and work was completed within the time frame projected. Clean up was complete. Would recommend as a vendor

Short story: One tech came out, correctly diagnosed the problem and ordered a part. Called back after a week without heat to get another person tell us the first guy didn't know what he was doing, and was wrong. They begrudgingly came out to double check when we said we weren't ordering another heater that day, and decided the first guy was probably right. Came back later that day with the part, but decided no, he was really right, and the first guy was wrong after all and we needed a different part. Quoted us 3 times the price I can find myself online, and said we should just get a new furnace.

We called another place on Monday and found out the part we were told required a full furnace replacement was not broken. The other place fixed us right up.

Tl,dr; No follow up, fought among themselves, tried to strong arm me into a new furnace and over quoted a part.

TPCC is a wonderful family owned company. They reply promptly, and help any way they can. Show up on time prepared. Are respectful to my home and family. Will be a life time costumer.
