Twin Ports Custom Climate ( TPCC )

I solicited several quotes to replace our A/C system which was not cooling our house. Joerg came out to go through what was needed to fix the problem. He spent the time to review the entire system which included some much needed duct work modifications. Other companies did not spend the time to find the duct work issues. There price was very competitive, they showed up on time completed the work on time. The work was just completed everything seems to be working, but will have to wait for some warmer weather for a true test.

In a moment of desperation after reading my radiant heating system’s manual from front to back and still not understanding how to fix my problem - I called Twin Ports Custom Climate on Christmas to help. They were the only company that answered. They very kindly (and patiently) spent with me upwards of 45 minutes walking through just how to fix the problem. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. I’ll be utilizing them again in the future. Don’t hesitate to call, you will receive excellent service from this company.

Just want to say thank you for getting me in and sending a very knowledgeable technician. Extremely hot day 93 degrees I called in the a.m due to my AC unit was not working, was told they were very busy but would do their best to get someone to me but may be in the evening. I had given up hope at 8:40 in the evening and then there was a knock at the door. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. I am up and running again and feeling much cooler. Thank you!!!

My furnace had a few issues last year and with winter right around the corner I thought it best to invest in a new one. A friend recommended this company and I am so happy they did. They were very friendly and professional, and kept a good line of communication throughout the whole process.

We have had excellent customer service with everyone at TPCC. The first time we called TPCC was right after they first opened & Chad Thompson came out within an hour and got our furnace going on a frigid Friday night as we were getting ready for bed realizing we had no heat. We never hesitate to call cause the office staff are always pleasant, & courtesy on the phone. Someone always calls us back if we have to leave a message or if we call after hours. I recently used the online “Service Request” and got a call Monday morning & had an appointment by the end of the week for a quote for new heat & ac upgrades in our home. So far they are the cheapest. :) TPCC techs are always on time & professional & they definitely make you feel at ease with the solution or repair. We will continue to use TPCC and recommend them to our friends & family!!

Honest, skilled, prompt, and professional while locally owned and operated! When I called they helped me troubleshoot my furnace first, before coming out and charging me unnecessarily! They promptly arrived when they said they would. The technician was friendly and professional. The repair was done in under an hour so I could head back to work for what ended up being an extended lunch. Thanks TPCC!

I called three contractors, and these guys were the best in all phases — the initial response to my questions, the ideas offered up during a site visit, prompt bid response, the installation and the handling of paperwork for rebates (Mitsubishi and MP) on an air-source heat pump mini-split system (no duct work). Great follow-through and meticulous — especially with all aspects of the install. The unit’s working great too. Very pleased and would definitely use Twin Ports Custom Climate again.

We called Twin Ports Custom Climate for my grandma’s furnace that was looked at by FOUR separate companies are the area. TPCC came in and within ten minutes figured out the problem. The part was ordered and fixed in no time! Not only did they solve the problem but my grandma said they were the kindest, most respectful, punctual individuals to work with!
