They called and let me know they were 20 minutes away 20 minutes before their expected arrival time. Yay!
My car battery chose that morning to die, so I couldn't move my vehicle to the street and let them have the drive way. They didn't mind at all and were very accommodating with my incline driveway.
They were very agreeable when I reviewed the install work order, and their records matched mine exactly. Yay!
They were speedy, and responded to my questions.
My requested modifications were completed perfectly I cant imagine the morning going any better. The staff were truly gentlemen. Given the COVID situation, I'm amazed how well the hot water heater install went. They helped install the prior hor water heater, did a great job, and I'm glad I hired them to help me again. This place was great! I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to our family nearby! Our basement pipe had a leak that was delaying our DIY renovations and they came the very next day and finished the job in under an hour! They were on time, extremely friendly and courteous, answered all my questions and even showed me how to winterize the pipe to prevent this issue in the future! Even better was the pricing was a good bit lower than all the other quotes!

Great service all around from initial call, to scheduling and installation service (water heater). Did everything they said they would do, were professional and personable, on-time and came in under estimate. Will definitely return for additional service when needed.

Edited to add: Action Plumbing reached out to us and heard us out and came to a plan that allowed them to do the work and although there were a few discoveries during the project, the plumber was very proactive in letting us know what was going on and the implications and how that changed the construction process. I was so grateful for their over-communication and their thinking outside of the box to get the job done and to get it done correctly. We will definitely use them again for future plumbing projects.

My husband and I were so excited when we thought we found a good and reliable professional to help us with our bathroom remodel, and we agreed to the $/half hour rate over the phone, but then once the day was done, he charged almost twice as much. Now our entire budget for the job is gone and we only have half the work to show for it. Really disappointed. I guess if you’re wealthy and can afford them, the work was of a good quality though. No call backs from them either after asking questions.

I called them to fix a furnace that wasn't staying on. They came in and changed the ignitor which they thought that's what was wrong. After a couple of hours an over $200 bill, the furnace had the same symptoms from when I called them. I should've known better when they sent a younger crew to fix it.
I called them and got a voicemail. I asked if they could call me right away as the furnace was not heating, but I never hear anything from them. At this point I had already done a research and ordered a heating element which I got within couple of days. I replaced it and the problem was solved.
I just think that I can't trust them anymore. I only called them because they had worked on this furnace before per the previews owner.
When they were here, they tried to tell me that I may need a new furnace soon and that I needed to start saving money for one.

I just got a bad vibe when they were working, and I should have followed my first instincts.

If I ever have another furnace issue I'll be sure to call somebody else or just go online and do some research before calling someone.

They were really flexible about scheduling and communicated well about arrival time. Replaced the new water heater efficiently and were very friendly!

I've had Action work on electrical and plumbing at my previous jobs as well as electrical, plumbing and heating and air conditioning in my home. Not once have I had a bad experience through the years. Each time I have had questions the person doing the job has answered in a very straightforward manner. I recommend action to anyone at any time

All three Action employees were courteous, thorough, patient, and professional. This was a huge project for me, unanticipated, but they worked efficiently and oriented me fully to my new systems. Extremely pleased by the results.

Awesome service! The repairman was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. We had an outdoor faucet replaced, which required cutting into the drywall of a finished basement. They did a great job of minimizing the size of the hole, the mess, and did it quickly. They explained the repair and showed me the work. Great job!
