Sean did an excellent job replacing my failed and leaking water heater with a larger one that didn't require upgrades to the exhaust duct.

They arrived earlier than expected, but gave a call to let me know they were coming. Gave me lots of information on the how and why the leak occured and quickly fixed and cleaned up everything! Will definitely recommend them to friends!

I had to get items fixed to sell our home. These guys were so fast and worked around our schedule. They even went to our neighbors home to turn off the water for a shared well. I would recommend these guys every time!

Had an immediate need to replace a kitchen faucet. Had same day service that was excellent. Dave was on time and speedy, efficient and knew his stuff. Very professional and polite.

Our water heater was leaking, called Action, Stephanie answered the phone and started the top notch service. We made an appointment and Troy and Dave came over and let us know we needed a new water heater. This was a Wednesday and they said they would have to order one and would not be able to install until Monday. But we did still have hot water, but was concerned it might not make it until Monday. About an hour later Stephanie called and said they moved some things around and they were going to install on Friday. Dave and Troy were on time and installed the new water heater.
