Prompt service and knowledgeable. A week after performing routine maintenance on our AC it stopped working (things happen). They came out the next day fixed the issue and only charged as though it was part of the original visit. I have use Action for my home as well as our rental property.

We had a great experience! They were responsive and could get out to our house quickly. The person who came to our house was professional and communicative and I was confident he knew his stuff. We will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I called late afternoon, and he told me I would be running onto overtime. We decided I could get along until morning, and they made me the first appt. That was very prompt. I received a call about 7:45 that they were on the way, and they were only here about 25 minutes. The man gave me some good pointers to prevent the same problems again.

He was very decent and helpful, and certainly prompt enough. So I was pleased with the service. Of course all service calls are costly for the elderly people, and we do need the help at times.

My ONLY complain was that he walked out with the snake rolled up in his hand, and left a few drips, including on the carpet. Wouldn't it be sensible to carry along a plastic bag, or something, to pull over that wet snake as you carry it out? No real damage done here, and I wiped up a little, but it seems like that would be nice, to cover it before you carry it out.

I scheduled an appointment with them between 8 and 12, they never called before 12:30pm. I had to reschedule because I had to leave to work. This time they showed up way earlier than scheduled. They never asked if I need them to put on masks or take off their shoes. After working for half hour, 15 minutes of which was spent looking cluelessly at the ventilation system, and ask me to go up and down stairs to shut off and turn on cooling zones, they figured nothing is wrong with the system. They charged me for 45 minutes though their total time since they hit the drive way till they left was 40 minutes.
The dampers on my ventilation system continued to malfunction, I decided to call Harker Heating and Cooling. The person showed up late, apologized for being late and took off his shoes without prompting. Took one look at my ventilation system and ran a full diagnostic within 20 minutes and figured out that 2 dampers where malfunctioning and needed replacement. He also did another small thing to keep the basement from over cooling and told me what to look for in the next few days. After this experience I really don't recommend action plumbing at all, will never call them for anything again.

Both the electrician and the plumber kept me informed about the work they were performing. They are very good and care about the work they do. Highly recommend them for your project.

Extremely fast response: I left a message on Sunday, got a call back on Monday, and had someone out Tuesday! Ryan was on time, professional, and efficient. He cleaned our air ducts and dryer vent in under the quoted time estimate and did a great job. Looking forward to breathing cleaner air this spring!

They were very quick to get to us since our furnace went out when the temperature was 12 degrees, and Shawn our service technician was very thorough in explaining what was broken and needed replacing and we had heat back up and running within a very short time period. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing first class service in the future.

We recently purchased a light fixture for our dining room and had contacted two other electricians and did not receive any return calls. Having Action do work for us in the past, we realized that Action does electrical work. We called them and they came and installed it the same day. Rodney and Austin installed it in a professional and timely manner. Now that we know that Action does electrical work, we would not hesitate to use them again.

We had our one toilet overflow and flood our bedroom. I called Action and hot an immediate response. They were at my home within 45 minutes to 1 hr. of me calling. Got right to work trying to figure out the problem, and once they knew what it was figured out a solution. They did have to come back the next day to finish, but so far I am happy with the work that was done and I hope to count on Action if need be in the future.
