I would like to highly recommend Andrew's Heating and Cooling in Sturtevant. Cameron is clearly an expert in this field! He performed the services to my furnace in an excellent manner, made recommendations, and answered all of my questions. In addition, he washed the outer area of the furnace--this had never been done before. I was amazed and impressed and will definitely contact them for any future work.

Came same day (90+ degrees out that day) to fix AC. Spent time showing me maintenance I could do myself and advised me when I should have routine service done. Highly recommend this company.

Over Memorial Day weekend my AC wasn't turning on at all. I kind of had an idea of what the problem might be, but wanted to call an expert to be safe. I did some research and found Andrews Heating and Cooling online. They had a lot of good reviews and are local so I emailed them late at night. I got a return email the next morning, and the owner called me a little while after. He was very upfront about cost of service calls and was very accommodating to my schedule. BEST EXPERIENCE WITH A SERVICE OR CONTRACTOR I'VE EVER HAD! In less than two hours of work he replaced the part I needed, refilled my Freon, tested the whole system, and cleaned my AC unit. I was more than happy with the quality of work, speed of service, honesty, and most of all the price. Seriously, Cameron Andrews gets 6 stars. If you go with any other HVAC company in the Kenosha/Racine area, then you would be making a mistake.

With owning several properties I know that Andrew's is always quick to respond and get the job done, which is very important in our climate! I needed my AC disconnected, moved, and reconnected for my patio to be done. Cameron and the technician were great at communicating, on time, and very professional. The two other places I called initially were rude about my short notice and gave me estimates that were 60% higher. Cameron was kind, explained the process, and was able to come the next day without a problem. Highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future!

My furnace decided to quit one evening. I called Andrew's and they came out first thing in the morning. They arrived on time and quickly determined the issues with the furnace and advised a new unit was required. They quickly called around to secure a replacement unit and provide a estimate for the work. I was grateful they were able to find a new unit and worked around my travel to complete the installation. If you are looking for an HVAC company that is efficient and thorough, look no further than Andrews Heating & Cooling, LLC. From the owner, Cameron, to his staff, they are true professionals. Andrews Heating & Cooling, LLC just replaced the HVAC unit today, and I cannot say enough good things about the service. The company communicated beforehand about when they would arrive and how long the project was expected to take. In the end, while the staff was thorough and tested the unit multiple times, the installation took a fraction of the estimated time. The crew even made sure to protect the carpet as well as artwork in the immediate area in which they were working.

Not only did the crew do a great job on the installation itself, they took the time to walk me through replacing the filter and frequency for doing so, programming the new thermostat, and providing me with all the unit documentation.

Cameron just came out and saved our lives!! My son and I were melting in our house. The ac wasn't working and the temp was 86 and climbing!! It was hard to even breathe. He came out SUPER fast, worked as fast as he could to try and keep the cost down for us, and went above and beyond to fix it. Truly, our unit is so old it wasn't even really worth fixing, and there wasn't a lot of hope for it. But hes a miracle worker and now its FINALLY cooling down in here!! Besides fixing and recharging the unit, he was super friendly and personable, and was really sweet to my curious and nosy son, as well 😂. I will MOST DEFINITELY be loyal to this company in the future, as well as refer everyone I can to them!! Thank you SO much, Cameron!!!

Very impressed with Andrews Heating & Cooling. We woke up on one of the coldest mornings of the winter to a furnace that stopped running. Called Andrews and was able to get service within two hours. Adam was able to get our furnace running right away and a new part was ordered and installed within two days. Cameron kept in touch during the whole process and followed up after. Appreciated that the service tech wore shoe covers in our home. I would highly recommend Andrews to anyone, and I will be calling them for all our future heating and cooling needs.
