Arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Replaced the fan motor and also a recall item. Had ius up and running within the hour! Very satisfied!

Hands down the best company we've ever worked with! They saved us this winter from the -50° freeze. They not only trouble-shot us through the weekend, they were at our door before 8am that Monday. By noon that day we were having a new furnace installed. Every person we've encountered at Modern; from the technicians, the sales guy and the office, they have all been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Just today, they came to install our new air conditioner. And without a doubt, they were on time and again wonderful to work with. THANK YOU again, Modern. You guys set the bar!

Had a new A/C unit and furnace installed by them. They called and told me when they were coming out, show up on time and went right to work. Very professional people to work with from start to finish I couldn't be happier with them, I would recommended Modern Sheet Metal to anyone that needed any type of AC / furnace repair or replacement.

I added a new room and used ductless A/C.
I had coul issues with my newer A/C and I had annual maintenance.

The communication and help was prompt and polite. My problems were solved as quickly as the supply chain would allow.

Tim has been great for checking our heating/AC system. He got all the work done professionally and neat. Would recommend him again in a heartbeat. I received a misleading letter from Modern Sheet Metal which was very unprofessional. They tried to use scare tactics to make me think my warranty was invalid to get them to use their company.

Fantastic service from Tim and Jeff in particular, but the gentlemen that did my install were great as well. This is a fantastic company - well run, they do great work and you can trust them.
