Modern Sheet Metal Heating & Cooling

Been using them for about 15 years. They are fantastic! Our first experience with them was as a second opinion on an 18-year-old furnace and AC system. The first opinion was is that both items needed to be replaced to the tune of 10K. Their tech found that a mouse had chewed through the AC wires outside and fixed it for about $50. Those units were still working great when we sold the house 3 years later. We’ve used them ever since.

They almost always get here the same day. Their service technicians are very professional and they get it right the first time - I’ve never had to call them back for the same issue. Their prices are very reasonable.

Sent a concern about my furnace the night prior around 6pm and heard back from them at 9am next day. System was checked, issues were corrected and overall no hastle with cost of work.

We needed emergency service on the weekend. Quick call back after I left a message, and the technician came once he finished with the two other jobs ahead of me and was able to quickly repair the AC unit and get things running. He was very personable and friendly and I would definitely use this company again.
Weekend emergency calls are not cheap but he got the unit running and that was the most important thing.

I've had 2 separate issues fixed by these guys that weren't their problem but they got it fixed anyway. Always give honest advice vs trying to sell you something you're not going to need. I highly recommend Modern Sheet Metal for all you're heating and cooling needs.

The repairman, was friendly, fast and efficient. He did an excellent job. I am also very greatful for the honesty and integrity of this company. They repaired my furnace for 1/2 the price of what another company quoted me. Will recommend this company to everyone I know!!! Very satisfied

Technician came out promptly after I called with a question. I was able to resolve issue on my own and there was no charge for the service call.
