My central air was not working, Caleb came out and had it up and running in no time. Will definitely use Moderns services again.

Had another company come and look at my A/C. Charged me $89.99 just to come out and $200 to diagnose. And they still couldn’t tell me exactly what was wrong. Called modern sheet metal and Jeff came out the next day. He had it fixed within an hour and didn’t even charge me. Jeff was awesome and very knowledgeable about my system. I couldn’t have asked for a more honest and professional company. I will definitely be calling them in the future if I have any issues. Thanks!

Modern Sheet Metal did a full planning and installation of heating and cooling for us with new construction. Jeff and his team were extremely easy to work with and overall have done a very professional job with the installation and follow-up with additional details. With new construction, nothing seems to go 100% as planned but when I needed to have them at the house, they were there to help. We were (unplanned) self general contractors for our project. Jeff was always prompt to respond to questions or concerns I had with the process and also offer suggestions to overcome construction issues that we encountered.

We had MSM install 2 radiant systems fully zoned and a forced air heating and air conditioning. Jeff and I discussed several options for getting the "best system" for our needs and I believe that we have done exactly that. I probably challenged him a bit more than most but he was always open to suggestions and willing to answer my questions, regardless of what they were.

We have had a couple of challenges after the installation with minor equipment failures but MSM has stood behind their work 100%. No questions asked and also has been extremely prompt with repairs. I can tell that they value long term relationships with their customers and understand that the best way to succeed in business is to leave a trail of happy customers.

I strongly recommend using Jeff and his team at Modern Sheet Metal for whatever your project is. They care about getting it right and also stand behind their work and products in a way that is not always seen in the construction/contractor world today.

We had our furnace go out during the "polar vortex" last year. Based on a recommendation from a friend, we called Modern Sheet metal. They got out, gave us a reasonable quote and replaced our old furnace very quickly. They are extremely prompt and pleasant to work with.
