Bob's thorough explaination of which unit to select for our home, to the removal of the 21 yr old unit, to the install of the new unit were all very professional. Best people and company w I th very professional from install to answering any questions we had. The unit was so inexpensive I regret not having done this years ago. And these guys were so efficient to complete the installation with some surprises to also fix along with everything. Am so happy with them and the quality of the unit takes care of my whole 3 floor home. I recommend them highly !!
