Our sons AC unit was not working properly on one of the hottest days of the year. He called and asked us for a recommendation. We heard such great things of Rudy Uttke & Sons, Inc. so we gave them a call. So happy we did!! I spoke with Jen about the issue and the concerns, she was so on top of everything not to mention knowledgeable and friendly. Jen was able to schedule a technician to come out the same day. Damon came out and save the day not to mention the AC unit. He explained everything and really did a fantastic job! We are so please with everything and will be using them in the future for a new HVAC system and any future repairs and service.

My Son Jacob Meierhofer had left a 1 star review in regards to the click-bate that Rudy Uttke & Sons pulled on him and I just want to let everyone know who reads this is that Jacob is 100% correct with his statement, I was on the phone with Jacob when the two technicians were at his Home. Jacob had called in to this Company to get a quote for a New AC System not for service and the company sent out two technicians, how ironic. Jen, you need to know what the definition of Professionalism is before you can speak on it, not to mention Trust and Integrity. If this Company leaves you with a service bill and the problem does not get repaired do not expect this company to come back and actually repair the problem, you cannot get much lower than that. The technicians did not even test the system before they left so how could they tell if they fixed it or not? The technicians left with $400 plus dollars and Jacob was left with an unrepaired AC unit.

The paragraph here is my edited portion, in reply to this "business owner". I am Jacob Meierhofer and I am in your database - I have a $450 bill for the fix you promised me and did not deliver upon. I also have a quote for a $17,000 dollar unit which is extremely overpriced compared to 7 other companies I have had quote me. I can absolutely share those pictures of your invoice and quote, if you or anyone else would like to see!! Again - before you read my review, steer clear of hiring this company for any purposes. They are a scam company and will take your money and leave you with no help.

After calling many companies on a list throughout this area, I had this company come out to give me a quote on a new system.

I was told by their "lead technician" Aaron and his second hand guy "Zach or Zack" that they could fix the problem instead of just giving me a quote on a new system like I originally asked them to do. So, I agreed with their "professional" opinion, and I accepted their work to do the job. In the end, they didn't fix anything.

After they left, my system was actually worse off. Since their terrible service, I had several other HVAC companies come out - the majority of their opinions was that this company Rudy Uttke & Sons did not go through my system as thoroughly as they told me they did. In fact, two representatives from two other companies told me they did not even clean out my drain pan whatsoever.

I thought I could trust their professional opinion, however they left me with a HUGE bill and nothing was fixed. I was told they would come back and fix anything they did not repair, but when I called back, they just wanted to sell me a new unit that was extremely overpriced compared to many other quotes I received.

To all consumers out there - watch out and beware. This company completely lied to me and I do not doubt for one second that they will lie to other people. Their service and prices of new products is extremely disgusting and overpriced!

I am using my sons google account. The Uttke's are the perfect example of what a family business is. Caring and concerned about everything in the installation process of our new equipment. I would recommend them to anyone.

About a month ago, the heating system at my mother's place went out. It's an older house, so we called Rudy Uttke & Sons in part due to their many years of experience. Their service technician Damon came out at no charge to assess the problem. The initial estimate from Damon and formal quote that we later received for the repairs were both reasonable. Although the age of the house presented a number of challenges to them, they were able to complete the work on time and left us with minimal cleanup. My mother now sleeps easier at night knowing that she'll have heat during the winter months for years to come. Our many thanks to Damon, Jason, and everyone else for their work. We hope to use Rudy Uttke & Sons for all of our future heating and air conditioning needs.

Rudy Uttke & Sons is responsive and professional. I have used them for AC repair as well as the installation of a new furnace. The prices are reasonable and the response time to complete work exceeded my expectations. I'm glad to have them and will use this company for all future HVAC needs!

Our heater stopped working on a chilly Fall Saturday early morning. A service tech was able to come by early afternoon and diagnose the problem. They laid out options for repair or replacement. We decided to replace our hard-working 30-year old furnace, and they were able to do the replacement in 3 days. We are so pleased with our warm, cozy home and how fast Uttke's were able to respond and they gave us fair, honest, and reasonable quotes and service. We recommend them to anyone!

Can't say enough great things about Uttke & Sons! Our 35 year old furnace was dying and less than 48 hours later we had a new system installed. Their communication was prompt and friendly and Jason, who installed our unit, was just as great.

I foster kittens and my house was starting to smell a bit too much like cats, so I had an air filtration system put in. Damon was the one to install it, and not only did he call to consult with me on it, but he was right on time, really a funny guy and was in and out in less than 20 minutes! And the price was at least $100 less than a friend's unit that was installed by someone else. I will highly recommend Rudy Uttke & Sons to everyone.

The Utke's have worked on every house I've lived in. From my parents house, to a condo I owned, to my current house, they've been there each time I needed help with my air conditioning or heating. The techs are knowledgeable and I always felt like they were making sure I was taken care of. It always has boiled down to integrity for me and every time I've had them fix a unit or replace one, I always felt that I was getting honest service that I could trust. They're the best!
